Urban Designer — Local services in Cary

I ordered a ring back in September, was told the size was out of stock and I could wait a month for it to be restocked or order a different one. I decided to wait, and ended up waiting two months with no communication on the status of the order. When I emailed to ask (as I had needed it by the beginning of November), I got no replies. I emailed again asking to cancel the order, waited a week, got no response, tried contacting them through social media, same thing.

I ended up having to dispute the charge on my card as they never delivered my order or responded to my attempts to contact them. Found a similar ring off an Etsy shop with someone who was very accommodating and helpful when I ordered the wrong size.

Still not convinced this shop isn’t a scam, either way, avoid...

I received this watch as a birthday gift and I love it. The face is a light pink, which I find really nice for spring and summer - it isn't too girly, but just feminine enough. I like the contrast between the face and the wood and leather band. It's comfortable and light weight. The hands are glow-in-the-dark, which is also nice.
