Torrid — Attraction in Casper

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the wonderful ladies working at Torrid this morning. Pamela and Rita are absolute angels. As soon as I walked in, they both instantly welcomed me. Rita came over and asked what I was shopping for and got me started in the right direction. Pamela was quick to get me a locked fitting room that I could keep my stuff in and stash all the goodies I wanted to try! They helped me size all the clothing I needed, including undergarments. I was informed of the deals in store immediately, and everything is marked clearly, clean, and organized. I also want to acknowledge that there were multiple customers in the store, and from what I witnessed, everyone else seemed to get the same attention. They were 100% on top of their game. Could not be more pleased with the service.

While I love Torrid and have been shopping the brand for years, this store is by far my favorite. Walking in the door yoire welcomed by staff who are always accommodating and friendly. They love the clothes as much as I do and often reccomend items that they are excited about. Shopping doesn't always have go be a dreadful experience for a plus sized gal and this store makes sure you're actually excited to shop. Plus, if I'm ever doubting something I'm trying on and one of my gal pals can't join me they will gladly give an honest opinion while still being kind. If you haven't given this store a chance,...

I used to shop Torrid all the time in Spokane Wa. This one was a disappointment however. Very limited selection..not to hip on the whole 'pride' collection. I dont care who you are or how you identify. Do we really need a collection. I'll check out Spokane again when I go back but probably my last...
