Perkins American Food Co. — Restaurant in Casper

Not very organized, no one really knew what they were doing and I think it's partly because of the manager on duty. We were told when coming in kids eat free, sign outside says kids eat free Tuesdays and Fridays. We ordered and kids food came out quickly but they messed up my daughter's order, when we told them, they went back to fix it but forgot whipping cream. I asked for some and the girl starts telling us she was off 20 mins ago, she's not sure what she's doing because servers were pulled off the floor?? It was so odd. Then she brings a bag of whipping cream and squeezes it onto the pancakes and tells us not to tell anyone.....so odd. Adults food took forever. Kids were done once ours came out. A man who came in right after us, inquired about his food and was told "it's coming" and when he asked again the server argued with him that she was doing serveral things at once and he wasn't the only table she had. I was kind of shocked! He got up to leave angrily and his food came out right then. So he came back, still angry, and sat to eat it. Then the manager showed him a receipt of when the food was ordered into the register etc, it was just bad customer service because that's not his problem. When we got up to pay, after they forgot kids cookies that went with their meal, we were told you have to buy an adult meal for 1 child to be free. I bought an adult meal but my husband ordered his own combination off the menu but a full meal! And they charged our other child. Was pretty silly. Our server was kind to us but again she was pulled off to do other stuff. One guy came and said he had to ask us if he could vacuum, he had to ask each table and then was vacuuming the entire time we were there and there was still 1.5...

My experience was rotten. The waitress was very rude because we came in early and she was not there. We sat down and i went up and got menus to look at and at that time she came in and said they didnt open till 6:00 which was fine with us. A few minutes later a couple of older local ladies came in and when the waitress came back out instead of bringing us water and silverware she took it to the locals first and when i said we were there first she said they are locals as if we were not customers that come in first then she proceeded to augue with me and then came over where we were and augured with me there for a few minutes then proceeded to say she didnt care wether we were there or not the then she stood there and said if you want to order she would take our order. We said hell no we were leaving. I will never go back to perkins again. She was so rude to customers that came into your establisment to have a nice breakfast. I will be telling everyone that i can talk to about my experience. Rude, rude, rude to customers because we were not locals. And locals come first even though they were not there first. Asaha was her name. A black american that thinks she is superior. Needs to reprimanded for her rudeness...

Well.... That was pretty terrible. Walked in and employee #1 was chatting to his friend. We stood there for a few minutes and then he turns to employee #2 and says- can you seat them, I dont know where to seat them. Then we get seated in employee's #1 section... Great. He comes to take our order and I ask what the difference is between two breads listed on the menu for the French toast. He responds- I dont know, do you have any other questions? Obviously not, because you can't answer them anyway. Then when our order comes, some of the food items were switched and the waiter asked if it was ok if my dinner companion just ate off my plate. I said no, just bring me another plate and we will fix it. There was another couple sitting one bench away from us and the man was talking to someone on speaker phone for the better part of our meal, we go to hear the whole loud conversation- there were 2 phone calls. Then while we were eating there were a couple flys buzzing around us. We kept swatting them to keep them off our food. The waiter never brought us our check even though he said he was going to. Besides my French toast & diet coke, nothing else was good about...
