My family and I came to Casper to visit family. Before leaving Rock Springs, I scoped out restaurants on Google and came across pizza ranch. The website made all the food look delectable and appetizing, this was NOT THE CASE. The price was steep from the get go. $60 for two adults and two kids under twelve, which I wouldn't have minded paying, if the food was good. It was 6 pm, not like it was thirty minutes to close, when we entered the restaurant. At first glance, the salad bar looked great, but the tomatoes were pure mush, gods help you if you were allergic to something. There was food in places it didn't belong. For a place called "pizza ranch" you would think the ranch would be delicious. The hidden valley ranch they have hidden in the pizza ranch squeeze bottles leaves little to be desired. On to the pizza, we had better pizza at Sam's club across the street and for way cheaper! The biscuits were burned, the pasta was like eating rubber bands, the fried chicken was so dry that cactuses couldnt have survived and the ice cream machine was broken. The only edible part of the meal was the mashed potatoes and gravy which was iffy eating, because one of the workers was scraping dried gravy off the buffet with a knife, flaking it all back into the gravy pan. 😅 we will never return, honestly we didn't even finish our food and left. Gave my name number for her to call me back! Called the CSPL again asked for the manager and they hung up on me, called right back and when they finally answered the phone, asked for the manager and the lady that answered said she was the manager, i said to her doesn’t your crew know how to do their job and I told her the 8 pcs chicken looked and tasted burnt! And her excuse was the cook was new and really didn’t know how to cook chicken! Next words you just lost me as a CUSTOMER and hung up the phone! So, 4 orders in a week’s time totaling a $178.93 one would think that they would go out of the way to take care of a customer like this, but guess not! Read moreOn 01/27/24 I ordered a cheese pizza with a side of Ranch, and a side of garlic sauce through door dash. An hour later the pizza arrived with no sauce on it, I was informed that the garlic replaced the sauce. I checked door dash and noted that there was a remove pizza sauce option that I did not select. They offered me another pizza, and then delivered it to the wrong address. Having messed up twice now I contacted the store manager who stated his name was Lon. He informed me that I needed to go through door dash in order to get a refund. I informed him door dash was only offering to refund me $4, which was the delivery fee. Mr. Lon then got very defensive and argued with me over the phone, taking my lack of pizza, and lack of want to use them in the future as a personal attack on him. In the end, I was refunded $4, never got the cheese pizza (What I thought was a simple order) and took the rest of the money as a personal loss. $40 Order, bad customer service skills, given the run around for approximately 3 hours, do not recommend if you want to actually eat the food you pay for, if you want to spend money like this, I recommend burning cash, at least you...
