I was in Casper for training for my job and my family came to see me, well my sister wanted to go to Red lobster for dinner. Worst experience ever!!! Server was slow, forgot items we asked for, didn't notice I was missing my lobster tail and when I asked for it, it took her a long time to bring it and then it was cold. Asked for a box from another server because we couldn't get her attention again. Then because I didn't leave a tip she went to table next to us and complained to them that I didn't leave one!! Poor service and never again!! Then when the kitchen manager called because I gave a bad survey he told me that GM would call me, a week later I called him. He apologized and wanted us to come back so was going to send gift cards but that was a month ago and we never received!! Just a warning to others, they could care less about the service you get there and could care less if you never come back, which i won't now!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
So update, the kitchen manager reached out to me and asked if they could do anything to make it right with me and my family. After talking, he was going to have gm call me and make arrangements for some gift certificates within a week. As you can see, 6 months later, I have never received gift certificates and they don't return calls so I can now see how valuable our business was... my family and friends do NOT GO HERE!!! And never will, they give this franchise a...
Read moreStopped in here before we went to a movie, lots of empty tables, but had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. Gal took our order fairly quick, took forever to get my sons smoothie. We ordered the endless shrimp and mac n cheese and stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. We got the mushrooms, and twenty minutes later our salads after she came and asked 3 timed if we had received anything yet. They did try to ring us the mushrooms twice so I know our order was in. 7 other tables had been seated, ordeted, and were eating by now. Still no food. Finally asked for the manager. He introduced himself, apologized, and promptly threw the waitress under the bus. Said she put the order in late. Ok so why did I get my drinks and appetizer? Told him we had been here for over an hour and now had to leave to go movie with the family and might ne late eating for him to come talk to me. I watch her tell him, and it took over 5 minutes to come see me. They ate this one, and told me to come back and they would take care of me next time. He did not take my name or give me anything to bring back. So I guess we will see what happens it may be awhile before we go back. The waitress did ok but could hsve been quicker, service from her was good,I still cannot believe he threw her...
Read moreUpdate- came in today for endless shrimp. Saw there was a wine special. Nice!
They’re out of more than half of the shrimp choices, so if you want to overpay for pasta and breading, you’re in luck. We were told the wines weren’t in yet, but we were offered other options.
So we chose to have wine and appetizers. Didn’t realize we were baited and switched. Huge bill for two appetizers and four glasses of wine. On top of that, the app won’t allow me to rescan the updated receipt, so no credit for the additional gouge.
Manager did come out and made adjustments but his aggressive attitude was quite unpleasant.
The wait staff was wonderful as always. We (until today) used to come here fairly often. We missed Antonio, a great bartender we used to enjoy. They must have trouble keeping good help at this location.
Suggestion: instead of the bait and switch tactic, try a little stick-on banner for all three of your signs drawing people in. Just a simple thing like the Sold sign realtors use. Let people know that you’re almost out or the special is “coming soon”. Your customers will appreciate the honesty. Also, if you’re the manager, try to address the issue without gaslighting...
