Lazy Lizard — Attraction in Cave Creek

On 12/20/2020 I book a sunset cruise for my self and a friend. I booked a departure time of 3:00, the only one available for sunset cruises. At 2:00 i got a iMessage from the Lazy Lizard asking if we were close, the boat leaves at 2:00. I said my boat leaves at 3:00. He said the website was wrong and that he put in an email that to meet at the restaurant at 1:40. There was no time in my email. When he checked that he said that there was no time in the email and they would issue me a full refund. I have emailed them several times and still have not received my refund. It has been two weeks. He also said the website was wrong it was showing a different time zone. They have fixed the website at least.
