CVS Pharmacy — Attraction in Cedar Grove

I had a verbal altercation with a very unfriendly staff member. I went to drop off last night and gave my script and she read out loud what my script was so no one could hear. Then said what is this...I cannot even read it. I said if you call my doctor they can clarify because I am unfamiliar with what is was exactly. She said we don't even have this medicine. I asked if I could speak with someone else because I didn't like how she was speaking with me and she said no that I can go to another pharmacy and then told me I could come back in the morning. Which is inconvenient for me and it's why I went after work. I told her it wasn't possible and she started raising her voice at me again. I told her I didn't like her tone or her attitude and that I would like to speak with someone else. She then tossed my script at me. Another woman behind her flat out told me no that she wouldn't help me either. The entire staff watched and I am not sure which person was the manager but they didn't address or try to diffuse the situation. The woman walked away from me and left me standing there. I asked her name, she finally said Christine. I got home, called to speak with a manager. Left a voicemail and also this morning and no one has called me back to sort out the issue. I was a customer here for 10 years and will NEVER be again. I went to print out an 8x10 photo from my Engagement Session (from 4 years ago) that was on a CD. Now, I have printed at the Kodak machines there several times without being bothered. Today, some miserable girl decided to give me an issue because I did not carry around a "waiver" with me stating that I owned my photos that I clearly did. She looked over my shoulder at the pictures I was getting ready to print and right away started giving me a problem. Asking me if I "owned the rights to my pictures". Right away, I could see this was not going to be easy, friendly service. She refused to sell me my own picture with my face and name on it! The manager came out and was telling me to "call the photographer" from 4 years ago so that I could buy my own picture! All of this because the photos were on a disk and not on my cell phone. Who calls their wedding photographer from 4years ago while they're in line in CVS to print a picture? I thought it was a joke. Needless to say, not only did I decide I will NEVER go back there (because I went right down the street to Walgreens that gave me friendly and kind service) but I will make their lack of customer service known to the public to hopefully save someone else the trip and the...

Horrible service from the minute clinic! My boyfriend Walked in at 7:05 and started to sign in when the staff on site came out and said that she was leaving and her last appointment is at 7. Prior to driving the additional 25.minutes he checked The website which states the clinic closes at 7:30 pm. He also did his due diligence and called ahead to double check the time matches. He was not told that the staff would be leaving early and expected the level of service that when a Business states it will be open they will because a client arrived within the appropriate time. Nurse said sorry but she leaves at that time. After workingaall day sick this was the time he was available to go and he thought the most convenient.

I don't understand why thhy have the clinic state its open until 7:30pm if the staff isn't going to be held to that responsibility. At the very least they can learn to commicate with the rest of the staff answering the phone that they won't work be held to the hours they have posted. God.
