Burger King — Restaurant in Cedar Grove

I was in this Burger King around 7:30pm & there was nobody at the registers, or in the food prep area. I waited for 5 minutes before the manager came out and took my order. She then started making my Whoppers. I noticed when she took the burgers out of the storage bin, the patties appeared to be sitting in liquid (hopefully water), and she had to shake of the excess. I have eaten at this location since the 1970's when they opened, and I have NEVER seen this ANYWHERE. Also, the tomatoes she used where green in the middle, and she had to remake a Whopper that wasn't made the way I requested (no mayo or ketchup). I was the only customer when I ordered. This location recently reopened after a renovation, but the service has been off for years, and it still is. Too bad, I won't go there anymore, and you probably shouldn't either.

Covid-19 warningI went back here after the lockdown on 6/29/20, and I noticed the food prep person was not wearing her mask over her nose or mouth. Also, an elderly woman came in while I was waiting for my order, and her mask was also under her chin. The manager walked right past her and said nothing. I keep trying to give this Burger King my business, but this might be the last...

I had a coupon that was too good to disregard. It was this so-called "Family Bundle" coupon for $12.99. It was basically two of those combo-type deals combined. What I got was 2 Whoppers, 2 cheeseburgers, 4 orders of fries, and 4 soft drinks. All that for $13. Go to McDonald's or Wendy's or the like and order up all that food. Then compare costs. I guarantee it won't be under $25 if not $30. I went to a Wendy's one day with a friend for lunch. We got approximately less than that amount of food and ended up paying almost $29. Not only did I get robbed I was still hungry afterwards and didn't even get the sandwich I ordered. I'll never eat at a Wendy's ever again. Same thing with Domino's pizza. Another rip-off franchise. You ask for an extra topping on a medium pizza for example. They rob you of $2.25 for the topping (I asked for banana peppers). I ended getting 6 or 7 pepper rings. Are you kidding me. They actually have nerve charging that amount. They should be in court...

Nice big Burger King without a drive thru. It’s super clean inside which I’m always happy to see. They keep the bathroom clean too and it is light years better then the last few burger kings I’ve been in. Foods okay. Fries have been like warm and tasted stale the last few times I’ve went. And my buns were stale and like they’ve been sitting out in the air sadly. I’m glad they’ve gotten my customizations right. 5/5 stars for their customer service and staff, always friendly and without attitude that the other stores have.
