Where is everyone planning to watch the Austin fireworks this year?

This expansive park offers a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, basketball and volleyball courts, soccer fields, a baseball cage, and a developing cricket ground. A delightful trail encompasses the park, complemented by ample parking space, although it can become congested on weekends and game days. The park is adorned with numerous trash bins and benches, providing a welcoming environment to relax. Lined with trees along its boundaries, it creates a charming setting. Families with children aged 3 to 10 can enjoy a dedicated playground with swings, slides, and climbing structures. It's an ideal spot for families, friends, and those with toddlers or infants. The basketball court is covered and there are also sheltered resting areas where you can just sit and relax or have a picnic with food. While the park features an excellent trail, it's worth noting that some areas may not be stroller-friendly due to rugged terrain. Additionally, there's a muddy skate park at one end, adding to the park's diverse offerings. Overall, it's a fantastic destination for recreation and relaxation.

Pretty cool park! We've been here a few times and keep coming back. It has areas for bigger kids (5-12yo) and toddlers. My 5yo and 18mo really like it. Plenty of shade and space to run around and maybe even fly a kite on those windy days. There are bathrooms available but haven't gone inside so not sure how clean they are.

I went to watch it sunset with my boyfriend here! It was really pretty. Although if you go and sit under the pavilion to watch the sunset set you'll have to sit on the bench in a different direction. But it was totally worth it! It has a track you can walk. They have a pool but I've never been so I'm not sure if you need a pool key/card or anything. But to get into the park is free and is totally worth it to spend time with family or anyone there! Happy...

Love this park! Great trail and in walking distance from my house. Clean, well maintained. Usually owners clean up after their dogs. Not having a pet, I really appreciate this. Favorite spots with my grandchildren are the sand in the volleyball court and the bike trail. Hayes is too young to use it on a bike but we walk, climb and run it. He and Sloane like the playscapes as well but we've not used them as much since covid came...
