Not Just Mail — Local services in Cedar Park

Had a box for my business here for a year. During my contract I was never once contacted if any mail or packages arrived, and when the box expired and I did not realize it, every one of my packages was discarded and I was never contacted by the owner. They just threw everything out. Hundreds of dollars worth of product.

The woman I spoke with at the front desk, who emphasized that she is “not the owner,” at first tried to say that they email you regarding packages - but I never once received an email much less a call. Then she went into “it’s not my responsibility” mode.

They don’t care about your mail or your business, they just want your money. Rather than pick up the phone to call you (I double checked they had my contact info) or even email you, they’re happy to throw your mail out. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not give these people...

I paid ~$150 for a 6 month PO Box here. Every time I went in I heard Trump speeches and conservative podcasts blasting. The last time I went in a man behind the counter (the owner?) was giving unqualified medical advice to an upset elderly woman, telling her not to get vaccines because they caused her family member’s cancer and death. I emailed letting them know that I found this spreading of misinformation concerning, hoping this was a rogue employee who could be told to tone it down during business hours. Instead I received a dismissive response that clearly stood by the behavior and language used. I let them know that I was just sent a renewal notice for $220 and would take my business elsewhere, they made no attempt to keep me. Today, was my first time in this store today. I had to ship a package. I had no idea that this location offered a little boutique as well. They offer a variety of beautiful things there like clothing, wonderful fragrances, candles, handmade jewelry and much more! If I had time to shop, I definitely would have! The lady working the counter was wonderful! She was so helpful, kind and efficient! A delightful experience for sure!
