I recently made and online purchase of, lets say 100.00 yesterday. Eleven total items. Shortly after I placed the order I received a notification that my order was cancelled. I checked my email and one of the items I put into my cart and ordered was apparently not available and removed. Now order contains remaining ten items. By the way do not select text notification option or you will receive texts at 4:48 am about order statuses. The 4:48 am text stated that my order has shipped, but this was the third email I received with the same message. So again when onto my email at about 7:30 am and find that 7 out of 10 items have shipped from three different locations. Ok, no big deal, just waiting on more shipping confirmation of the last three items. Its just the next day, just happens to be Friday. Bill paying day. I enter my checking account and find the original 100.00 charge pending and then two more pending transactions for 50.00 then another for 60.00 each. So total pending transactions are now totaling two hundred fifty dollars and three items haven't even shipped yet. I called customer service and the stated that's how the system works and there is nothing we can do.... An hour later I got another notification that three more items were canceled from my order. Now 7 of 11 items were being shipped. So my new total of about 65.00 for 7 items is 250.00 in pending authorizations on my account. I do want to be clear, this is not a money issue but a principle issue. I called back to cancel order. This advisor stated that the order could not be canceled, and there is no way to lift a pending transaction. I asked the question, if I needed money from my account and the available funds were now to low due to extra pending authorization from Mills what would I do? She stated call the bank. So I did. The Bank stated that the only way you can withdraw more than the available amount is to open a credit account or go negative. (which would incur an overdraft fee.) NO WAY I WILL ORDER FROM MILLS AGAIN on the principle of with holding 4 to 5 times purchased amount and canceling 36%...
Read moreDon’t get your tires from Fleet Farm! My husband had reached out to them multiple times and has been told multiple times that corporate would be giving him a call. NOT once has corporate called my husband. My husband has been having to drive his truck around like this for months because fleet farm decided to void the warranty on his tires. We have little ones we have to drive around and our family can’t afford to pay for all new tires when we just got them a little over a year ago with a warranty! The customer services has been horrific. No one will ever call you back. I will be posting this all over social media to make sure this doesn’t happen to another little family who can’t afford to be ripped off by the horrible company. I’ve attached my husband’s review below along with a picture. Please read.
I had went to Fleet Farm for new tires and an alignment, as well as some regular maintenance back in December of 2023. (I know it is a little over a year) They had notified me about a bad upper control arm on the driver side, so I removed my pickup from their auto center and got it replaced. I brought it back and was told to replace the CV axle. Which i again removed it and got it replaced. After the alignment was finished. I started to drive home. I made it to the roundabout on C Ave and County Home Rd, when there was a loud bang from the front of the truck. I returned to Fleet Farm they had lifted the truck on a lift. Said nothing was wrong, and it was good to go. 26 thousand miles later on new tires and the passenger tire is showing wires. After speaking with some staff, which is all new, they decided to take a look at my vehicle to see if there was anything wrong. After they put it up on the lift and lift the front end in the air. The upper control arm on the passenger side was broken. And now they voided my warranty on the new tires and will not...
Read moreI placed my order online, it finally went through after three times, something seems to be wrong with the website. I get an email confirmation saying my order is not ready yet but I’ll receive emails and texts when it is. I never got any of that. A day goes by, still nothing. I call, the lady says it’s weird I didn’t receive the emails, confirms my email. She tells me it’s ready and to just come inside and go to the right I should see a desk for online orders. She says since I never got the barcode to just show them my ID and they will get my order. So I do that, I waited forever in line just for the man to tell me that my ID does nothing for him and laughs in my face. I say this whole pick up order thing is silly, it is easier for me to just purchase the item in person, I ask him where it is. He just points, I looked and looked, I couldn’t find it after 10 min. So I call the store again and the person on the phone tells me completely opposite instructions that the gal I first spoke to. But at least he was helpful not like the loser at the customer service desk that offered no help no customer service skills what so ever. Finally after 20 min inside the store I was headed back to my car with correct instructions and got my pick up. I will never ever ever do a pick up order at fleet farm again and I will advise everyone I know to never do it as well. Complete joke of a system and only one employee seemed to actually know what he was talking about and...
