Wow. I'm not the type of person who generally complains or would even take the time to write a review, but I'm baffled by the experience we had at this restaurant a few nights ago.
I do want to say that the food was ok, nothing outstanding, but certainly eatable (probably not worth the price though). Our main concern was the service we received and a shady credit card situation involving the server increasing the amount of her tip. The service was very rushed and it seemed that once we received our food, our server was on a mission to get us out the door as quickly as possible. We sat for extended periods of time with empty beverage and bar glasses as we literally watched our server standing in a server's station texting on her phone.
Once things were all said and done she dropped off the check and I saw that there was a gratuity added to the check that she did not inform us of (18% I believe), which is fine, plus some of the people in our party left her additional cash (even though the service was horrible).
Long story short, a few days later I noticed that my card had been charged an additional $80.00 beyond what the check and gratuity came to. I called the restaurant and asked if I could come by and get a copy of the credit card receipt to turn into our accounting department and I found that there was literally a $80.00 tip written on the tip line (on top of the gratuity!!!!!)
I know that this seems to be a long rant, but the management refused to really acknowledge the situation or refund my money. I was treated as though I was being cheap. This is credit card fraud. If you do decide to visit this establishment, keep an eye on your check and make sure to double check your credit card statement over the next few days.

I work in the industry, I understand that things happen but I also understand that if handled correctly this wouldn’t be an issue. I called before we even got to the restaurant to make sure it wasn’t absolutely insane and it wasn’t crazy, we had about a 5 minute wait for a table no big deal. We ordered appetizers with our drinks, that took 35 minutes to receive and came out cold, I let that slide because this has never been a problem in previous experiences. We get our food, the only item hot was my husband’s rack of ribs and my daughters dry spaghetti, which is why the server said she would bring out a side of sauce for. My filet minion was on top of asparagus drenched in balsamic and not even warm, what made me most upset was ordering a filet minion medium rare to get it super rare and trying to eat it only to be turned off by the sheer chewy texture. When my husband mentioned to the server that I was unhappy about my steak all she did was offer to have the cooks “throw it back on” for longer, no apology. Then she avoided the table until she finally came over and asked if we needed a box which came out as a Togo bottom and foil top and she took my uneaten 6 oz filet minion to dump in the trash. $26 for bacon and mashed potatoes was totally not worth it..did I mention there was no kids menus? Read moreMy first time experience: My GF and I tried this place out for our 3 year anniversary. We walked in and the place was lively. We said that we preferred a booth and they were able to accommodate. The food was great, but it took a long time to get. The server told us that it took a long time to get us our food because she had a big table. I really wasn't impressed with her reasoning. I felt like i wasn't a priority because there were not as many people in my party to leave a big tip for her. She also did not come to check on us at all throughout our meal, no drink refill or anything. I think the bill for the both of us was around $85 ( we got a filet mineon , burger and fries and and appetizer). Towards the end of our meal i didn't want to wait any longer for her to come back to ask for a to-go box so i asked the bartender and he grabbed some right away and asked me how my meal was, i told him the food was great. He offered to get the manager, which actually turned out to be the owner. Once I told her what happened she offered to take care of the whole meal for us, I was pretty shocked and thought that was over-delivering and offered to pay for half, but she insisted on taking care of the whole meal. I left feeling pretty impressed; Because of this I will give this place another chance at a later time and hopefully get some better service the next time around.
