From the first moment we walked in, there were already 4 people sitting around waiting for their to-go orders looking real mad. I asked one of them what's going on and apparently they had been waiting for at least 45 minutes. Not a good sign, but we dined in anyway. The waiter who took our order didn't write anything down (impressive at first), repeated our order back to us 3 times, but still got the orders wrong in the end. We asked for only one of the dishes to be spicy, and they made the dish that wasn't supposed to be spicy like level 4 out of 5 spicy (we only asked for level 2), and the dish that was supposed to be level 2 spicy had zero spice. After scraping off the level 4 spicy sauce that it was doused in, the Chicken Tandoori was finally edible but fast approaching room temperature, and there was not enough meat there to warrant a $13.99 price tag. Also, do not order the Mango Dal unless you like tepid, flavorless bean soup. You'd think it would at least taste like mango, right? Nope, no flavor whatsoever, and definitely not worth $10.99. Did they forget to put the mango in the Mango Dal? The worst part was the wait. We waited over an hour for them to serve us the first dish, and then another 20 minutes for the second dish with sides that were supposed to come out with the first dish. During our very long wait, we were not assured if/when our food was coming, we were not told why it was taking so long, nor did we get an apology for the long wait. We should have left, but we wanted to give them a chance to at least give us some good quality food, but no dice. Suffice it to say, I can NOT recommend this place because of the ridiculously long wait for dine-in and to-go, the disappointing quality of the food, and the severe lack of customer service. Hopefully they can improve, but until then, we probably won't be back.

I’ve dined at countless Indian restaurants, but this was the first time I couldn’t finish my meal. The food simply tasted badly. It wasn’t good at all. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We ordered several dishes, but they didn’t arrive together. As we waited over an hour for the biryani, the other dishes grew cold. Eventually, we were told they were out of biryani—leaving us with cold food and a lot of frustration. To make matters worse, when the tandoori platter finally arrived, the chicken was undercooked. It was also disheartening to see another customer who had ordered biryani for carryout wait for over 30 minutes, only to be told after arriving that they were out. That kind of mismanagement is unacceptable. The only bright spot was the service. Phani, our server, was friendly and attentive, but even he couldn’t make up the owner’s mismanagement. It was clear that the focus isn’t on this restaurant—perhaps it’s directed toward their other location. I overheard several other customers expressing disappointment, and now I understand why. Sadly, I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend this place to others. I simply can’t risk suggesting it and having friends or family face a similar experience.

This looks place has a serious time management issue - whenever one goes - the order takes at least 30-40mins and on special occasions it usually is more than 1.5hrs which we experienced on Valentine’s day as well. However, today’s review is specially for the owner’s wife who apparently needs a lesson in Customer Service. Today we ordered from here Chicken Tikka Masala but what we got was Paneer Tikka masala. When I called the restaurant the owner immediately wanted to put the responsibility of wrong order on the Door Dasher - which I felt was absolutely absurd! Door dasher DIDNT pack the order - her team did. She had the audacity to tell me there is 'Not a lot of difference between Paneer and Chicken dollar cost' She was rude, absurd and ZERO on customer service. She said she would send the correct dish and while keeping the phone down said "Do Not ever order from my restaurant" Instead of being apologetic she screamed back and was totally out of line. Horrible experience - been waiting from last 30mins but order has yet not been sent! And By the way she also said - “Keep the Paneer Dish I will take it back” - hahaha - How is this restaurant surviving with such an owner?
