I had a delightful surprise last week. I was asked to attend a fundraising event. I have been to many such events where the food service was the usual "rubber chicken" and the service staff is nowhere to be seen.

From the initial contact to the final cleanup, the staff of Peppercorn were friendly, helpful, and professional in their manner. At events with large number of attendees, the food is often made in large quantities and tastes like it was made just that way, nothing special. At this event, Peppercorn brought a lot of food.
