Your plantains are the worst that I even tasted, reminds me of what sandpaper might taste like, the rice has maybe a hint of seasoning and the pork is nice and crunchy but damn it doesn't taste like yall took the time to put any seasoning on it at all..

At least season the batter...

People in England might love yalls food because I hear that the food is really bland there and some of our doctors would be happy because it would keep a lot of our blood pressure down but yall should at least season your food before any one else gives you their hard earned $22 dollars for five pork bites, rice, and sandpaper plantains or yall should actually pay people to eat your food..

Last night at the Arlington Night Market was my first time tasting Haitian food and I heard that Haitian food is good but I am completely disappointed..

First, I must say this is my first time eating Haitian cuisine and it was from their food truck while at Colorpoolaza Chalk the Walk today! First, the owner is engaging and confident about his skills. I did not mind the wait as he cooked the pates. The crust was buttery and fresh and baked just right! I ordered the chicken, potato and beef. I don’t think the potato made it. All the meat was seasoned and prepared well! My favorite is the beef. I will try the plantain another time! I’m so glad I was introduced to this...
