Everly Brothers Monument — Attraction in Central City

Wow. What an incredible gem! We stopped in to visit the Everly Brothers monument on our way home from a camping trip and were treated with the discovery of the Muhlenberg Music and History Museum. The history and information there is amazing and the curator (whose name has left me) is an absolute delight. We really enjoyed this place! Relatively small in size, but great memorabilia! Free jukebox with lots of the old goodies! Our host "Dr. Freddy" was extremely knowledgeable and very gracious and personable! They are beginning a car exhibit with all kinds of racing cars, they already have a good collection. The museum is really detailed to someone who is an Everly Brothers fan. Also, fellow thumb pickers memorabilia. We live right here in Central City and decided to visit, finding out that people from all over the country have visited here as well. We really loved the motorsports museum.
