Element Salon & Spa — Local services in Central City

I would not recommend going to this place because I called last week to get an appointment and they had a stylist text me and she said her next available appointments is Tuesday and Wednesday so I replied back with Tuesday would work for me. She never got back to me about a time so I called up there the day the appointment was supposed to be and they told me that I would have to get in contact with her to reschedule. I’m not going to keep calling them and trying to reach the same stylist because nothing will ever get done. Went to Element Spa and Salon for the first time yesterday. Grace was amazing! She listened to what I wanted. I recently moved here from FL and went to several places not finding anyone that knows how to cut short thick hair. I will happily continue to use her as my stylist. The service & atmosphere is so welcoming. I really enjoy chatting with the girls while getting my hair or lashes done too. I always leave smiling because they all do such a great job!
