Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Central City

Where most ppl run to McDonald's, Sonic is my go to!! They have more choices and better quality food. I always use the app, it's easier, you can add or take off what you want, and not have to really interact with anyone. I put my order in, what stall I'm at, there isn't a wait. When I pull up, my order is on its way within about a min or so. I tip cash, I don't ever put tips on a card. To some, may think that they just bring your order and go back in. The employees there are non stop busy, and to show my respect and appreciation I tip them. I tip anywhere I go. Bc they are providing a service and a courtesy to ppl. I have very seldom ever gotten a messed up order. If I did, it was MY error in not communicating. Due to ordering on the app and Sonic being a drive up, with a drive thru option, I cannot give any stars for atmosphere. You're in your own vehicle or with someone else in their's, so the atmosphere is whatever is going on in the vehicle. In my opinion.... just my...

Only gave it 3 stars cause of Prices Sonic has always been kinda pricey in my opinion they need better coupons on the app and i dont know why it seems to me they stopped half price drinks and opted for app only and to me that's not right cause what if you have some that dont keep money in the bank or a card or jsut doesn't even use the card feel like they should of thought about the customers more and they need mail coupons there the onyl restaurant i know around me that doesn't send out coupons just...

Once again my husband comes all the way home to Sacramento with only half our order. When she read the order reciet off it was correct but just so happen not to be in the bag. I understand mistakes happens but living so far out we just don't go back to get it. I tried calling and the phone was picked up and hung up or not answered at all. Not real happy at the moment.
