I went with a friend on August 13, 2020, saw a beautiful mrtyle crepe bush, rounded off $300.00 planted in container. I found a employee, and asked if they delivered, why yes we do, couldn't be happier, I was willing to pay the fee, now I am really happy!! I, went with my friend to buy and arrange delivery, then the story starts to change, huh? Well, you need to purchase the item and pay for delivery, however, I can't give you any estimate of when, the product will be delivered, not a week or weeks ECT. We're not very happy, but go to pay, then we're informed, you can't pay for delivery, by the same lady, who said to! I am informed well a guy retired, and something about, another guy! I didn't care of their excuse, why did you say, yes and a minute later say NO? Do you think, your company, needs to lie to sell an item anyway possible? I bought, this item, it was a plant, We had been looking for, Grange Co-op got $299.99. Be for warned of the tactics used by this store, that has multiple other locations, but seems they don't help each other out. You should be embarrassed and ashamed, on how you, treat your customers!! Your plants are 5 star, customer service, communication 1 star. Yes, the virus is a problem, using it as a convenice for not doing something is outrageous!!!! I am wondering 60 dollars for a radius of 10 miles, really fair. Then told the cost of every mile over the 10 was $150.00, per mile, my friend heard, was this another attempt, to not deliver. Simple enough to say, at this time deliveries are not available, don't make up a story! I, also called corporate, right up the road, yes another case of miscommunication! Now promised a phone call back, strike 3. Is this another miscommunication, I don't think so, pure arrogance, I have to assume!! To poor Peaches, the cockatoo, you use to be so happy, what have they done to you?? Please sell Peaches, several places, just shouldn't have a parrot, as a mascot. I am sorry, to say, yours is one, don't take this personally, just not the right place!! Finally your stores are now asking for donations, put a jar out. Please stop asking for donations!!!! While, I consider this store as local, for the management not to return a phone call is outrageous. This, again is a local place were suppose to support. I, will not support any store, who doesn't care about, there customers, ...
Read moreIt's hard to describe how I feel about the Grange Co-Op in Central Point, because I've never been to a place quite like the Grange Co-Op in Central Point! It's part big-box home-improvement store - meets - farm supply store, but with a local touch that tells you that they really care about what their customers think! On my first visit there, my senses were overwhelmed with SO MUCH attention to detail in everything they do! Meticulously kept, and well-thought-out, their supply chain is sure to meet (and exceed) anything you want to do with your home / garden / farm (and I wouldn't be surprised if they offer more items and services that I'm not even aware of!) Overall, the Grange Co-Op far exceeds anything that I could've imagined. My family and I enjoyed buying gorgeous flowers and plants, a small toy for the kiddo (and, we definitely know where we're gonna shop when it comes to buying our next indoor pet -- and chickens)! I feel truly lucky that such a place exists to close to us... because in the multiple states I've visited, I've not known of...
Read moreI will never step foot in that Grange Coop again!!! Which is unfortunate because the gentleman in the small animal is amazing and truly the best thing in the entire store. My reason for not going back...the extremely RUDE and unhelpful cashiers and other staff who LITERALLY told us to look up on their website what we need and come back when we know what they can sell me. They couldn't answer feed inventory questions or price questions...the only answer we kept getting was "look it up yourself". If I want to shop online, I wouldn't have come into the store, and I would just have it shipped. We like to keep our money in the community....thought Grange Coop did too, but apparently not!!! Coastal it will...
