he asked for my order then after I responded he went silent for two minutes then asked if I needed help?? I said no & repeated my order, to which he responds with “the 3 piece ends at 4pm.” *silence* .. okay so then can I get a 4 piece? “yes.” *silence* okay so i’ll repeat my entire order with saying 4 piece instead of 3 piece.. *silence* don’t they usually ask what i’ll have for a sauce & drink or anything other than silence? I pay and they tell me to “pull up to the fence” which is 4 feet in-front of the window, blocking all the cars behind me while they have reserved parking to the right (I didn’t know about until after pulling too far forward). overall just trying to annoy me then I get home to see this.. a child’s handful amount of fries. and the toast wasn’t buttered! waste of money for $13

The first photo is what every blizzard looks like. Minimal toppings inside with less ice cream than you pay for. As others have stated, sadly, a lot of teenagers work here who don't seem to care. Update-nothing has changed (see third photo.) I paid $.99 extra for smore chocolate and somehow got less than a normal smore blizzard (again-third photo.) The second photo is a photo of a Smores blizzard from the Medford location on Biddle Rd. We drive to Medford even though we're less than a mile from the Central Point location.

Food was good but the lid on the mustard bottle was nasty. The lid had dried paper towel and dried mustard in it. The person who brought our food was informed but did nothing about it. The lid on the mustard bottle on the table next to us was nasty too but not as bad as the one on our table. This is the one in Central Point.

I don't disagree with the manager's decision to not honor a coupon that our little guy accidentally ripped in the car because he was just so excited to be going to DQ, but I do disagree with the attitude. I was grateful that she refunded the order, but not how we treated. We came in just after 830 and they close at 9. We waited over 15 minutes for our food and then were told we had to leave in 5 minutes because the lobby was closing, even though our son never received his food. The manager argued about the other people at our table getting their food implying that it was ours, even though we never received ours. While the manager was getting our food, our son went up to order his ice cream because he had waited to order it because he did not want it to be melted. When he ordered from the new sweet girl at the counter, the manager came over to our table and told us we had to leave, as she finally gave us our meal of measly chicken strips and 10 fries, even though we never got our drink. She said she was going to get it, but she went to the drive thru instead. At that point, I was so flabbergasted at the level of rudeness, that I asked for the manager to refund us our meal because I was worried we were not going to get our ice cream and it's not cheap. I could not trust that we would actually receive our order if we had to wait in our car. All our son wanted to do after his baseball game was use his coupons and hang out with his new friend. It was the worst experience and we will never come back. I will either choose another DQ or another restaurant. This is really sad because the owners are locals and very...

Food is good and service time are on par with the other locations. The window folks are always nice and friendly while I pay for my order. What this location needs though is to pay better attention to their orders. I've requested extra salt for a basket of fries or a side container of the salt just to discover nothing on the fries or very little ( and no container at all). I've kept it simple to 1-3 items on the menu the last 2-3 months and its a hit or miss on all of my order being done correctly. Keep in mind I'm not crazy and adding or subtracting 2+ items to make it confusing . I asked for bacon to be added to a double cheeseburger and received a deluxe cheese burger once , and the visit today with no bacon after paying the extra. I'll give it a few more tries then forget about coming here ever again and update the review to reflect. Everyone should check their order otherwise if they use the drive thru unless you want to be disappointed when you get home. Multiple mentions of this issue to the manager and still happens on a simple order. I just wanted a chili cheese dog and double with...

I wrote the review below about 4 months ago. I was very disappointed with the service at that time. I can say I have change my opinion since then. From my understanding a new manager has stepped in, he was very kind and took action immediately on my previous review. I appreciate the time he took out of his day to reach out to me and understand what had happened before. It was never his fault since he wasn't managing it at that time. But he still wanted to make things right and I appreciate that! Thank you!

"Went into Dairy Queen, ordered dinner and ice cream for 4 people. While eating my blizzard when I found an eyelash in the blizzard. Let the cashier know, told me there was nothing they could do and proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't be able to know if we put the eye lash in there ourself. Really dissapointed, wasn't asking for free handouts, would just appreciate a blizzard without and eyelash in it. Handed her the blizzard back and we left. I don't think you will be getting our business...
