Extremely poor customer service range from staff to manager. I was in the store on Black Friday to refill some of my nail supply. It happens that one of my sterilize machine bulb was out thus I told a picture my phone to show to the staff in LA nail supply because I do not know which one that could fit with my sterilize machine as once a time I have purchased one by guess and it did not work. I also told my story that I purchased one before and it did not and I live out of town so it is extremely inconvenient for me to go back and forward. Certainly she picked one out for me and I decided to get extra one for spare in case it blows up and I am unable to supply by time. Unfortunately, the light bulbs still were not a right one. I then call the La nail supply and request to speak with the manager and I was told that the manager is working on checkout the customer and he can assist me as well. I told him my story and situation. He finally found the right for me so I request for exchange and re-credited the difference. However, Hao told me he is on shipping department and do not have authority to process it for me. As reply, he said I have to pay for the shipping fee plus the payment of the new light bulbs. I was shock to hear but anyway as he is just a staff and as he mentioned he does not have the authority on the decision . As results, he transferred to Thuy, the manager. While she is assisting, she kept put me on hold and request to call me back twice. Come on, I was panic waiting and decide to call her back as it was over an hour while she told me she will call me back less than 5 mins. When I call in again, I was told by other that she is again checkout for customers in store and will call me back momentarily. When she call me back she told me that I have to pay for these light bulbs and bring the other unfit lights back in store with invoice whenever I am back in town. What a joke of a day. I was waiting for hours with same results. I told her that what I want is a exchange and recredited back. Therefore, she has to send out a new light bulbs via express shipping and a returned labels where I can drop ship her wrong equipment back. However, she is again said it is out of her ability. I requested to speak to the owner but he is not in today. Hopefully, his customer is better than his management and staff. let's see!!!! This place is not close; it can take me up to an hour and a half to get there, but I went a couple of weeks ago to get some gel colors, but because of the hours they have, I did not have much time to shop and ended up forgetting a specific color. I did not have time to drive all the way back down on another day, so I opted to order from their website. They had the main color I needed online, but in order to get the best price, I had to spend $100 so I ordered several other items. I received the order, and the main color I needed, as well as another color that were both supposed to be gel, came as regular nail polish. Not only did they not notify me of any issue, they charged me as if it were gel color. I call about it and they tell me to send them back and when they receive it they will ship the right items. I sent them back and then I get a call saying they no longer have that color but will get an order in a couple of weeks, and would I prefer to wait and I said yes. Then I get a call saying that they spoke to their rep and they no longer make that color. At this point I was so angry I just said I wanted to return everything and she asked if I would please come into the store to do that. I was not happy that I had to drive all the way back down there again, but I did. I tried to find a similar color and could not really find anything like it and bought a few other items. They did refund me the full amount, but there was no real apology, or appreciation for me to drive all the way back down there especially with the way gas prices are right now. I got no discount on the items that I purchased; not even matching the deal I got online. Read moreWOW! I have never been so embarrassed. I have been coming here for 5 years. Along with all of my sisters who have nail shops. And this is the last straw. They have messed things up in the past and I’ve always looked passed it and say people make mistakes. Hell I make mistakes. But today was it. I will no longer be coming here for my supplies. Very unprofessional. Today was a chaos, which is a holiday so I can understand it. I got into the wrong line. I asked the young lady where the line started she ignored me. So I was lost. I went to this line towards the back. I saw everyone was being helped so I went back to the other line as I normally would have any other day . I’ve been here plenty of times and that’s what I normally do. I stood in line for 5 minutes. And I saw I was next but instead of the gentleman telling me “mam that’s not where the line is and telling me where to go...” he yelled to his coworker “Jackie etc etc she skipped line and she needs to go back to the line.” I responded back nicely and asked him why he didn’t tell me directly instead making a scene?! Everyone looked at me and I have never been so embarrassed. As if I purposely cut line. You can even see in camera where I asked the young lady where the line started and her clearly ignoring me and how confused I was. NO PROBLEM THOUGH. I left my supplies there. I refused to be treated with such disrespect. I will be gladly to spend the $2,000.00 if not more somewhere else! Plenty of nail supplies in the city!
