Will never return to this location again. Made an appointment for 4:30 PM and the agent didn't show up until 5:00 PM - explaining he was "busy" - as if we didnt' leave work early to get to this appointment or our time wasn't important either. We wanted to open a student account for our son, the same account our daughter has, and were given different information about the account. Clearly states no money required for opening the account but we were told that the account wouldn't be valid until money was deposited. Then we wanted all the money to go into his "spending" account and were told that some money HAD to go into the overdraft and savings accounts as well, despite having paperwork that clearly states "no money required" for those accounts. We needed our daughters paperwork verified - NOT NOTARIZED - and the paperwork clearly stated "any bank representative" but neither Ajay or his manager would do it stating "i don't "think" we do that here"... even though the paperwork clearly stated "any bank representative" - do not go to this location if you can avoid it. Would not recommend PNC bank either. All locations should follow the same rules and procedures. And WHY was there no notary at this bank? every other bank i have gone to has had a notary service available. AVOID THIS BANK. Read moreI did wire transfer on July 25th in the branch and prior to that I had changed my account to not get charged if there is a domestic wire transfer as long as i keep certain amount of money in the account. when i went to the brunch there was't enough time for pnc system to update the change (require at least 24h, which i was not aware of) the bank end up charging me $30 wire charge. I called pnc customer service but they did not help me either. when i went to the branch I asked the lady, who did my wire transfer, about my account change and she said "yes everything should be ok and you not going to get charged as long as its domestic". THE BANK NEED TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEE WELL! ITS RIDICULOUS TO GO THROUGH SUCH A THING AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

Read moreHad a transaction not going through smoothly today. Went to the branch. Spoke to a banker. The banker tried to talk to the branch manager but the manager was busy. So the banker had my phone number and said "Oh, Yeah, you WILL get a followup call by 2pm today."
First of all, there was no any call from this branch or anybody from PNC since I left the branch at 9:30am.
Secondly, when I called the telephone banking around 3:30pm and was told the rescue cut off time was 12:30pm. So the branch banker either never knew or did not care to share.
I won't go to this branch ever, and do not recommend anyone using this location again. It is okay for them to say "I am sorry that I can't help you." so I would know to go elsewhere. It is not okay to screw customers to force the customers to realize this place costs troubles...
