I hate not giving 5 stars review but in this case I have to, I asked my server to voice my concern with the manager and I saw her talk to the manager but she didn’t seem to care, here’s how our experience went:
The freshness and taste of the food was good and that’s the only reason I’m not giving them a 1 star review.
The service wasn’t good and here’s why; they give you a two hours limit (which is common among all all-you-can-eat places) but then they make you wait for long periods of time between each round and they delivered small quantities on every round after the first one, the picture you see was for round 1 which was good, but the next rounds they were bringing one cluster of crab legs per person, and we had to wait a long time between each round with empty plates, it’s not like they bring one per person and they keep it coming so you don’t have to stop and wait, no, you eat your assigned cluster, order the next round and then sit tight and do nothing while they cook the next round, and they weren’t even busy, it was on a weekday with 3 tables occupied throughout the restaurant, we kept telling the waitress that we want more crab legs per serving or at least not to keep us waiting between orders and unfortunately we kept receiving the same service and nothing changed, it felt like they were doing it on purpose, honestly I felt that they were so cheap compared to Crazy Crab in Fairfax where we also had the same time limit (which we never needed to consume by the way) but we didn’t have to wait between rounds at Crazy Crab, the server would take our next round order while we are eating the first one so that he ensures that we have ours ready once we finish the first one.. Another disappointing thing was that they came to us around 8:15 (we started at 7:15) and asked what our last order was as “the kitchen was closing at 9” we told her we want more crabs and still she brought one last round (one per person) and she brought the check afterwards without us even asking for it and without asking us if we wanted to have desert, we were basically given a 1 hour 15 minutes ordering/eating window and we had to spend a good portion of that time waiting on food. They didn’t care about service quality because they knew that they were going to charge us gratuity no matter what because we were a table of six people. I don’t know if I’m going there again as it did cost us $70 a person and I feel that it wasn’t worth it due to the quantities provided and mainly due to the lack of attention to our requests, they just seemed to not care.. Hope this resonates with the restaurant management as they are still in the “soft opening” stage and I don’t think that they can afford to have a reputation of...

The feast commenced with a delightful spread of blue crab, crab legs, and succulent shrimp, all steamed to perfection. The seafood was undeniably the highlight of the meal, generously sized and bursting with flavors that transported me to coastal towns and seaside escapes.
The blue crab, in particular, was a revelation. Expertly steamed, its tender flesh and delicate sweetness left a lasting impression. Paired with perfectly cooked crab legs and delectable shrimp, it was a harmonious symphony of tastes that captured the essence of oceanic indulgence.
To complement the seafood extravaganza, the mixed drinks and draft beer were an inviting treat.
