This is a terrific park for the dogs. There are two sides; one for larger dogs, one for smaller dogs. Each side has a separate entrance with two gates. So, you enter in to small "holding" area, ensure the outer gate is closed, unleash your dog, and then enter into the larger play area.
There are always other dogs to play with, and the other dog owners have always been friendly. Everyone is there to help their dogs get some fun activity and good socialization. On the rare occasion one of the dogs is aggressive, folks tend to help out.
The terrain is varied. There are benches and even a sheltered picnic table. There are trash cans and dispensers for little baggies. There is a water station and bowls.

Just a reminder too: if your dog is less than 6 months old or has shown any signs of aggression (or you’ve never socialized them and aren’t sure), please don’t bring them - it makes a fun park very dangerous. Read moreThis park has grown up quite a bit since we used to go to it about 10 years ago. We moved farther away and have not been there and quite some time, but since it's installation it is matured. The vegetation has grown up a lot and the land itself has altered a bit with some gullies and whatnot. They could stand to spiff up their water spigot game there. While they have one. It's abysmally slow, and is hooked to a self-draining bowl so that you have to constantly have it on to keep water in it for your dog to drink.
