Southern Community Park Playground — Attraction in Chapel Hill

What an awesome playground! We were visiting from out of state (Florida) and were so excited to partake in several hours total playing at this great park! My two and four year olds had a blast here and enjoyed all of the different features the playground had to offer; lots of things to climb, and slide, and swing on! A SUPER FUN colorful playground in Chapel Hill! Was totally worth the drive! LoL Larger modern playground structure, smaller playground as always for the little tykes… This park had a fun rock circle area and also something I’ve NEVER seen before at all of the 150 playgrounds I’ve been to….an outdoor Roller Hockey Rink!?! This playground is great for all ages! It is a spacious playground to run around with equipment for both young and big kids. There are picnic tables and grill around the playground.
