C K Nails Spa — Attraction in Charlotte

My normal nail salon was too busy so I went here because I really needed a SNS manicure. My real nails are long and 2 of them had broken the day prior. I came in and instead of wrapping my nails in a cotton ball doused in an acetone solution with tin foil she had me soak my entire hand in acetone and scrape my nails on a piece of a paper towel. This process took 20-30 minutes just to remove the polish. Because two of my nails broke I needed to get tips on them and let me tell you, these tips are so crooked and uneven it’s embarrassing. The lady doing my nails seemed like she had no clue what she was doing and at least 4 times I had to instruct her the next step. My nails are bumpy and have an uneven topcoat, I will not be posting a picture of these anywhere like I normally do. I was so excited to try this place after reading the reviews and seeing photos but my experience here was awful. Im giving this a 2 star because the lady who did my french tip pedicure did an amazing job however the one who did my full set was awful. The shape was horrendous, uneven, too wide and lumpy. The more i expressed my frustration with the acrylic set, the more the lady told me it was fine. When in fact it wasnt. Not to mention the lady tried to charge me more when I expressed to her that it needed to be fixed. No reason the salon was empty from the time i walked in To the time i left, also the nails were very rushed but im not too sure why if the salon was empty. Looking forward to outing with friends , getting our nails done , one friend in our group getting her nails for Vegas, myself getting my nails painted red in honor of my son who is no longer here on earth, I wanted to honor red for my boy with it being Mother’s Day. This place is horrible , sloppy work , rushing us and watching tv on phone , unacceptable, I was cut unnecessarily and bled and the gel manicure if you can call it that looks like a 2 year old painted and keep in my we all paid a lot for services and the staff questioned us questioning their sloppy work , my gel mail has already broken off this morning .
