Amazing Wok — Restaurant in Charlotte

Okay so I live in the Indian Land slice Ballantyne area and I have known about this place for 13 plus years and I decided to try them I called at 2:00 in the afternoon was asked if I wanted lunch special or dinner and I told them lunch special General chicken with fried rice I get there and my order is 12.00 before tax with no drink I get home my chicken is chewy the rice is okay the chicken doesn't taste bad but it has hard pieces and his chewy as could be I called the lady at the desk and told her that I would never be coming back to order from there again and she said that they had been open 15 plus years and I said I know that and I decided to try and I realized it was a mistake so I can't say that they would have done me the same way if I ordered a dinner meal maybe they had it cooked it fresh then and charged me $20 or more dollars I don't know but I just felt like I was overcharged and under served at this restaurant thank...

Very dissatisfied. Due to our normal restaurant being closed, we decided to try Amazing Wok. Food was overpriced and service was terrible. Upon waiting over 15 minutes past the recommended time frame (when already arriving a few minutes later than the recommended time frame), they then took my husbands phone to the back of the restaurant while he waited outside. After he received the order, he noticed a missing item, thus had to wait again. When returning back home, we unveiled the entire order was incorrect, the only thing some what correct was the lo mein, but still was wrong. After speaking to them on the phone they proceeded to inform us that our correct order was ready and that we could then come and pick it up, when at this point, we would just like a refund but continued to insist we pick up the order. We used to dine here many years back. I suppose it may have changed hands since then. While it may not have been our favorite spot, I remember it being a solid dining option. We went in today. The decor was very tired, which really isn't why I would or wouldn't choose a place, and both our hostess and waitress were very nice, but the food just honestly was not good. I asked for fried white meat and was given sliced white meat, when I told my waitress I wanted fried white meat, I got fried dark meat which was very fatty, full of skin, and chewy.
