Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Charlotte

Just ordered a pizza from here, 44 min wait, not an issue. Pretty normal. Pizza arrives and what do you know, there’s a leaf on my pizza. Now maybe this was a wrong ingredient right?? Nope, a leaf from outside. How could that happen when the stickers are sealing the box. Funny enough the stickers were both on the side not sealing the box which means my box was opened. I do not know where the leaf came from but this is so dumb considering that I have to wait to use discounts, papa dough, cash for tips otherwise I would be getting one pizza for almost $30. Then when I try to find something as far as customer service, well you get the “guarantee” where instead of a refund, they send you another pizza. Like what, why would I want another pizza after saying this, so you can do it again or something worse? No refund, we’ll just send you another one…. this is ridiculous. Keep your ingredients, keep your pizza, papa johns, never again.

needs work on customer service. i walked in to pick up three pizzas and 2 2liters. i was immediately asked if i had a pick up order. no greeting or “welcome to papa johns”. after providing my name i was told my wait time would be 8-10 minutes, then he turned and walked away. i asked if i could go ahead and pay for it since i was paying with cash, to which i was ignored because of the AirPods in his ears. Him and the coworker in the back exchanged inappropriate topics while customers in the lobby waited for their orders. The only reason i give them two stars is because of the redhead worker who was making the pizzas. Excellent quality pizzas & very well mannered since he was the one to cash me out. Apologetic when he forget my bags for the two liters & works very quick. He asked if he could help me with anything else & when i said no thank you, he was kind and told me to have a great night. Props to him, he was basically running the place. Shame on...

Ordered the pizza on phone and the guy who took my order convinced me to buy stuffed crust pizza. This was the worst pizza I could have ever ate in my life. It was Half cooked and the dough was so raw when I eat the crust it was still uncooked dough having powder dough inside with cheese, had to remove and throw the crust part completely. The chicken was raw as well and smells yuck, the tomatoes were spoiled too. Tried to eat at least half of it but could not and had to thrash it. Woke up in the middle of night with stomach bug. Deeply regret to have purchased the pizza here. I strongly feel this is the worst place to order pizza. I really want to see the person who made this pizza to eat and realize what he has made. When you don’t know the standards of cooking then go ahead and shut your store permanently rather than experimenting...
