Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Charlotte

We arrived at this location for ice cream at 8:30pm and it was hard to even tell if they were open. The lights outside were completely off and they were mopping inside. I understand prepping for close if you are slow but making it look like you are closed is wrong.

I tried the door since it said 10pm online and found they were open so my boyfriend and I went in to find that they had 6 empty ice cream containers in their case, several open spots with no containers and only 2 actual flavors out. Maybe it’s better during early hours but we weren’t cutting it close with well over an hour left before they closed...Don’t waste your time going here in the evening! Luckily for my craving Cold Stone was obviously open with all their flavors available.

We chose BR since it was across the main road from our neighborhood but we won’t make the same...

Rude & lazy. Pull up to the window, ask for some time to look. "ORDER WHEN YOU'RE READY!" . After what 10 seconds - "ORDER WHEN YOU'RE READY!" What is wrong with people at this location? Where is the manager? Ok so we'll get some Coolattas. Nope. "Our truck comes in tomorrow". We can't do this, we can't make that. It's 30 minutes from close I get it, you don't want to clean your equipment and you pretty much shut down without cutting off the lights. Go ahead and make close 8PM if you guys are too lazy to work till closing time. Just cause you close @ 9PM doesn't mean you go home at 9PM. Turns out there is nothing left on the menu. Not only will I not be going to this location, I won't be going to any Baskin-Robbins. Nice. Contacted Corporate as well, hopefully they'll reign you...

Worst DD/Baskin Robbins location I have ever been to. They don't even deserve 1 star but you have to put 1 or will not accept post. 6 people there and one working. Place was filthy.....floor, walls, counters and tables. Staff was rude and all looked to be very young. Asked about manager and responded no manager on duty. Definitely needs to be a manager at all times. We had to tell them 4 times what flavors of ice cream we wanted. Employee named Amelia was very rude and rolled her eyes after we ordered. These teenagers need to be managed and coached on customer service. Go to work somewhere you don't have to deal with the public if you can't treat customers...
