Curio, Craft & Conjure — Attraction in Charlotte

We are from out of town and I wanted to check out Charlotte's metaphysical/spiritual shops/culture, so decided to stop by before we left the city today. I LOVE the location and how ALIVE the whole NoDa area feels in general and this shop was alive with it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wasn't trying to pay attention, but couldn't help but overhear the owner speaking with another customer and her way of addressing the needs of others was bright and beautiful and empowering. I love that in metaphysical shops and spiritual leaders! I ended up getting a few herbs I needed and some bones I didn't have yet. The staff member (unless she was co-owner, sorry if I'm mistaken!) was so kind in explaining to me what the bones were and I greatly appreciate that!

Gina, thank you for the wonderful and peaceful vibes. 2 things happened when I was there. I asked you for a red stone but couldn’t remember the name. You showed me your “red” stones and as you were talking you pointed to an arrowhead, which had already caught my eye. From the moment I picked it up my hairs stood on end. Then I went to look at the tarot books and automatically picked up the book you wrote and did not know it was you until I got to the register. This is the third time I’ve been in a similar situation. I will be back. I need a horseshoe over my door. Again thank you for the excellent vibes.

Found the product I was looking for, but the owner was dismissive, energy felt weird. This had nothing to do with parking as you mentioned in your nasty response. The store was late opening. This was about my questions about the oils and your subpar customer service skills. I would think you would ask your customers do they need help or have any questions instead of head in laptop. You’re condescending and nasty. I’ll patronize another store who appreciates their customers. This is supposed to be a spiritual store?!? Not with this nasty energy and attitude with customers.
