Last minute cancellation due to a client having a greater need although I had booked. I also paid for a package . I guess she figured she could never service me so she refunded me for all 3 massages. Not even sure why. So yeah in my opinion not very professional.

For starters when whomever called she didn't tell me the situation she just asked if it was possible to move the appt to 9pm. I didn't ask her why but I did tell her that wouldn't work.

I declined the offer for a later appt because I hv a small child who wakes up very early.

When I plan my patients I give myself an hr gap on both ends because I know how emergencies or even personal things can come up.

So overall I still feel the same way . I asked a few others in and out of healthcare and they all agree with me.

The owner canceled my 2nd appointment after arriving, and rescheduled me. I didn't charge her a fee for my time. Instead, I left disappointed, but cooperative. I canceled the rescheduled appointment hours in advance due to an open wound not healing to my satisfaction, and was very willing to pay the rescheduling fees without question. Entire fiasco ended unprofessionally on her part over the telephone. The owner has a strong argumentative nature. After being told she has the floor to speak she insisted on performing a lecture, which I would not accept. I'm an adult, not a child. There are numerous other therapists, research those. If you decide to use this location DO NOT purchase the bundle package until you've been acquainted with her personality initially. However, this will continue in small claims court...

Tracy was a referral through an acquaintance. When I reached out to her she was ready to work and provided me all the necessary information I needed to book along with pricing. Tracy came the next day after my procedure and was very gentle considering the amount of discomfort I was in. Initially I booked only 1 post op session with her but that same day I booked 2 more. I was so satisfied with her work and the results that I booked a post - op package with her. My plan was to only get one professional massage but I was so satisfied I booked more. Each and every time I left Massage life studios I felt lighter and my midsection was contoured. Everyone I know that goes to get work done I make sure to refer them to Tracy....
