We've been here on several occasions for both fun and birthday parties. Overall, the place is a lot of fun with tons to do for the kids. They have mini-bowling, which is great for the younger kids, full size bowling with child bumpers and ball ramps, a climbing wall, laser tag, a bouncing room with inflatables, and a large arcade area.
The inflatable area is great for the kids --they simply love it (yes, so did I --well, I had to take my daughter on there, I had to ensure it was safe. The outcome of that? --it kicked ass!!). There are around 6-7 large inflatable devices all of which have ramps, slides, and other obstacles. There is also a smaller enclose one for younger children. At the end of the large room there is a small area where you can sit and watch the kids from the outside while eating/drinking --which is nice if you don't feel like being in the trenches.
The mini bowling is only $2 which I thought was very reasonable. I did think the full sized was a bit on the expensive side, though. If I remember correctly, it was $40 for 2 adults and 2 kids both under 5.
The location has a small cafe inside that serves a variety of food from pizzas, salads, and hot dogs to coffee, pop and alcoholic beverages. The food isn't priced too bad and it almost tastes like food.
As you can probably imagine, this place can get quite loud with a ton of kids running around like lunatics. Whenever we've been, we're typically there 2-3 hours on a weekend afternoon, which is plenty of time for the kids to exhaust themselves and enough time for you to loose your sanity.
The venue is very clean. When you use the arcade or other activities, it doesn't look and feel like that nasty Chucky Cheese on the off side of town that probably hasn't seen a good cleaning since its grand opening. Everywhere is kept neat and tidy by their army of staff.
If you've never been here, and have kids, give it a try; its a lot of fun. I will disclaim that this review is only for the fun 'kid side' of the place. There is also another side to this that has a huge fitness center what I...
Read moreMy kids were gifted a $150 gift card for Sports Connection, and we finally stopped by to use it. The gift card can be used to pay for attractions but not to purchase game cards. This was not explained well, but I eventually figured out that we could just swipe the gift card at each game. It worked, but it was a hassle to make sure each child was able to spend their share of the money at the arcade. I suggest not purchasing large gift cards for families with multiple children and planning to share them.
We had planned on doing the bounce house attraction, but none of the kids were wearing socks. I was told that socks are required and that we could purchase some. We decided to save the bounce attraction for our next visit. We purchased the laser tag attraction. My 3 kids were the only children in the room during that time. It would have been a lot more fun with more kids. Next we headed over to the arcade and spent a lot of money. Most of the arcade games are $2, which is really expensive. The games that they played didn’t earn any tickets, so it was disappointing that they didn’t get to choose prizes. We did play several rounds of the water gun game so they would be able to earn prizes. The prizes that were displayed weren’t immediately found, so an employee asked the manager where they could be. I overheard him telling her where they could be. She came back and told me that they didn’t have any more but we could wait an hour for the next manager to start his shift because he might know where...
Read moreTerrible experience! First of all, the website said $5 for VR and when I got there the cashier told me it was $10 since it's in the game room. We spent over over hour in in game room (supposed to be 30 min session) cuz none of the employees could get the games to work! we all only came for the VR and only 1 of the screens was set up for VR so all 3 of us had to take turns spending 10 minutes each on the VR so $30 was spent for 10 minutes and it was nothing like the VR I've always done. It didn't even give me a thrill!! The girl to check you into the bouncy house saw me standing there and walked away and didn't come back to check me in so I had to swipe my card and enter myself. The guy running the bouncy house was asking me if my hour was up 30 minutes after playing and was told my shoes had to be off when I was just sitting on the bench watching. Then the games are waaaayyy overpriced and one of my game cards wasn't even activated so I had to get that fixed. Then $20 worth of game cards were gone in about 10 minutes because the games were so pricey!! Then as we were leaving, I saw the actual VR in the arcade for $5, the one we wanted to do in the first place but paid double for the one in the other setcion! I seriously feel like I wasted $62 and will definitely not be back! Super disappointed in everything and spent half that kind of money at stars and stripes a few weeks ago! You definitely won't get your...
