Attempted to place a mobile order one evening through atheir website at 7 pm. About 5 minutes after placing the order, after receiving a confirmation email and my card being charged, I received a message stating that the location was not longer accepting mobile orders. Odd, but ok. I assumed that because my order was rejected on their end I would be issued a refund for that purchase. I proceeded to go to the store to place my order instead.
When I walked in the restaurant therer were 4-5 employees behind the counter, not a single person greeted us and each employee looked and acted thoroughly annoyed that we were there. The food we received was disappointing and the portions of protein were pathetic for $10+ meals.
But ultimately my gripe is not with the lackluster service or disappointing food but rather with the management teams responsiveness (or lack there of). I called the store the following day to inform them that I had been charged for the mobile order they cancelled. The manager told me she didn’t know how to process a refund and that the store’s general manager would call me in the morning the following day to refund me my money. That was 15 days ago. No call back or money refunded. I have since called twice to follow up and spoken with that days manager who “assures” me the GM, Denise B. will be in touch with me ASAP.
I am not one to take my time to write reviews. But at this point I have been more than patient and am unsure of how else to gain the attention of Denise B. or anyone for that matter, from this poorly run and managed location to get my money back that I am rightfully owed.
Don’t use their online ordering service and save your time and money and go to Salsaritas, Moe’s, Fuzzy’s or any of the numerous other fast-casual Mexican eatery’s...
Read moreI ordered the surf and turf bowl. I got it with white rice, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, cilantro and corn. The rice was old or under cooked, the fajita veggies were mostly red onion and not fresh the beans were bland. The steak was overcooked and flavorless. The shrimp was also lacking flavor and water logged because they have it sitting in some kind of liquid. For $15 I expected way better quality food. As far as customer service…..
I witnessed the cashier and GM of the store being extremely rude to a security guard that ordered food and there was some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. The GM kept telling her she was wrong, talking over her while she was trying to explain what was wrong. Then he told her to not cause a scene, the cashier and him were laughing and told her to take her food and leave. She asked to speak to a superior, the manager said , “ I’m the manager this is MY store, you have to talk to me.
If there was a misunderstanding about what was ordered, why not hear the customer out and fix the problem? Instead the cashier and GM was extremely rude and disrespectful to the customer in front of other customers. So the food and customer service was bad. I hope corporate sees this. The GM does not need to be running that restaurant with that kind...

I was sitting in my chair when a homeless man come in and asked me for a dollar. I don’t carry cash so I conveyed that information. By the time he left my table the woman behind the counter started shouting “you get out of here! I’ve told you before, get out of here!” While still shocked I watched the man move to the next table and ask a Hispanic family and they gave him a few dollars. The woman still shouting had called the police. The homeless man had left the establishment and when the police showed up I saw the guy run back in the restaurant and locked himself in the bathroom. I actually knew the police officer and waived at him as he came in. After about 15 minutes I saw them take the guy out in cuffs and I waived again as my police officer friend walked him out. Not only was this the first time I had seen someone get arrested but I knew the guy throwing the cuffs...
