Starbucks — Restaurant in Charlotte

This Starbucks is located inside of a Harris Teeter. I stopped in at about 7:45 this morning. I work here in Charlotte but Orlando is home. I am working almost 70hours a week right now, so I am not able to get home to FL often right now. I woke up this morning and realized I did not have any coffee. I have been wanting to try Starbucks, so I decided to splurge a little and went and bought a $7 cup of coffee. I drink the glass bottles out of the convenience store pretty often, and the mocha is my usual choice. I decided to try a “white chocolate mocha” from their store. Never again. I do not know if it was not made right or if this is how it is supposed to taste. But it taste like there’s absolutely no sugar in it. It is white from all of the cream, but very bitter. Now I have to leave again to go find some more coffee and throw seven dollars down the drain. Do not get coffee from here, they obviously do not know what...

Editing my previous review as the staff at This Starbucks is so phenomenally incompetence that it is mesmerizing. I went there this morning 10 minutes after I placed my order and Serena said that she didn’t get an order so I pointed to my order on the screen and she asked if I could give her a minute. So I pointed out that I had placed my order about 10 minutes prior. so she finally woke up and wandered over to the machine where she stared blankly at the screen looked at me and said “I am sorry I have to get the machine working.“ At which point I decided to cut my losses and just walk away. This Is just one of his example of many that I have had recently. This place is absolutely awful.

This will forever be my favorite Starbucks experience. The staff is fantastic, efficient and they always remember my order. Thank you guys for always...

Do NOT go to this Starbucks on a Sunday morning unless you have 1 hour to spare!!!!!!!!!!

We walked up to the counter to place our order at about 10:20am, we got our 2 coffees and egg bites 40 minutes later!!!!!!!!! Walked out of Harris teeter at 11am. We were told by the staff that online orders took priority and that there were a bunch of online orders.

The craziest part? They weren’t apologetic, frantic, nothing, just BAU. They all looked like amateurs, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s their first day on the job.

We will never ever visit this Starbucks on a Sunday morning, not ever, not for any reason.
