Sweat method has changed my life. For YEARS I was in and out of trendy diets, going to a gym not feeling motivated enough to put the work in and justifying my long hours and little sports activities as enough of a toll to not work out. I hit a breaking point after covid hit. I was home, eating like crazy, no real physical activity, and in a terrible mental state. I started classes with them out doors and was hooked instantly. Not only was it a killer work out but I was instantly surrounded by people who pushed me and cheered me on, and didnt treat me like just any old person walking through some gym doors but as a person they wanted to help. The culture at this place is second to none. I've surrounded myself with some of the most amazing people and consider myself extremely lucky that Halle and Justin kept pushing me to give them a try. Read moreSweat Method is by far the best gym in the CLT area. Halle and Justin are SO personable, knowledgeable and motivating. They know exactly how to push you past your limits and make you feel like you have become a better version of yourself each time you walk out of their doors. Even throughout the pandemic, they continued to accommodate their customers’ comfort levels and do everything they could to still give us a safe place to sweat. They are always switching up the workouts and the HIIT and LIIT classes are the perfect balance. And of course, the music is always on point!!! Definitely a must try if you live in or are visiting...

Not only do they motivate you in class, but there’s also the other members who bring this energy to the workouts and it just encourages you to give your all. These 30 minute workouts are perfect for my schedule and I leave class feeling totally gassed but so strong.
