I am very disappointed with the Warner Park Pool and Spray Park and the Aquatics Director for Chattanooga. I am with a local group that has had a private club day scheduled for well over a month and have taken every necessary step to abide by rules and regulations of the pool and to get proper headcount and other issues taken care of. I was notified 4 days before our reservation that they would be sticking another group of 50+ people with our private group session which was unacceptable as we had already secured our date and time. When asked if something could be done about it we were basically told no. We had the choice of allowing 50+ people into our private pool time or we could just not come. We chose to cancel our reservations and had to inform many families that our plans were canceled. Also, the safety gate has been removed between the spray park and pool area which is very concerning for families with toddlers as there is nothing to separate the two areas. I do not feel we were treated fairly over our reservations. Their reason for putting another group with us, was because the other group was not going to be able to use the pool they had originally requested for their group. So they let them have our reservation and we could choose to share our time slot or not come. I will not look to use this...

This pool is larger than life. It is located in an area, that is connected to three awesome 😎 venues. These are the Chattanooga Zoo, and the Powerhouse Exercise Facility. Thanls for checking in. This is about the Warner Park Pool . This pool is great for families 😍. There are colorful water slides , ⛲plus water fountains. Wow 😲 ! This is crazy fun. I have been in both of these when family reunions was in place. Great idea 🤔. Hold that thought ? Everyone had great fun ! The location has the convenience for you guys . It is great 👍 ! It is located close to downtown tourist activities. You guys visiting want to take swimming 🥽 to another level go ✅ it out. The staff and management are all energized, and 💕 their job ! Man ! Speaking 🗣️ of jobs , they are well represented. There are several different life guards. These are a combination of black, whites males , and female. Good looking 👀 out ! Shout-out for removing any stereo types ! There are swimming classes conducted often. It is operated by one of the Outstanding Swim 👙 Directors in our City 🏙️. She along with her staff has taught thousands of young people how to swim 👍. Yes this is correct 💯 Thanks for your service. You will thank them as well. I love...

Seemed like an ok place. Then, I noticed some safety hazards around the kiddie sprinkler area that kept me on edge the whole time I was playing with my daughter. The main one was a metal stake in the ground. It was about level with the sidewalk, but the ground all around it was eroded about 2 inches down. I watched her foot fly by less than an inch from it twice. I thought, "OMG, she's gonna break her toe and that would ruin her next half a year, let lone her birthday party (We rented the area, btw). The other issue was there were multiple areas where the ground was eroded away (like previously mentioned). There was a few of them- all next to the sidewalk which could also break a toe or cause a tripping hazard. A couple inch drop is nothing to an adult, but a 2yo is another story entirely, and this was THE CHILDREN'S AREA. I'm a Director of Environmental Services at a Healthcare Facility, so Safety is my #1 priority! Slips, trips, and falls are the most common of accidents. How has this passed state...

This place is amazing for all ages. Splash park,1-2 foot pool, 2-4' pool, and a large pool that requires a swim test and wrist band to access. ALL FOR $3!This gem has other great activities going on all around it. The Chattanooga Zoo is literally attached to the pool area, (separate access tho)ball parks, picnic areas in the shade, Clean bathrooms, and food access inside..(but bring your own....everybody does)You can park behind the pool area and walk around( that's what we did, but as we exited there was a long line of cars coming in...perhaps zoo traffic, so in the future, is probably park and walk from the tennis court area. ) As you leave the tennis court parking walk directly across the street and the access to the pool is to the right.

Best pool where everyone feels welcome - even ppl who aren’t comfortable, confident swimmers. A short swim test is required every time you visit the pool if you wish to be in the deep end and/or do the obstacle course OR wear a life vest! We love the system and it helps promote safe swimming without guilt. Low admission of $3/person (Summer 2022 price for ages 2+) gets you into the pool with obstacle course AND a wonderful splash pad. The littles especially love the splash pad. It’s legit - not a dinky little spout of water. There’s lots of water! Get there early! They won’t let anyone in when they’re at capacity. Oh, cash for admission is easiest. The card machine seems to have problems a lot.

Warner Park Pool hosts the annual Doggie Paddle Pool Party, a fundraising event for McKamey Animal Center. From 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. last Saturday, 09/07, dogs and their owners enjoyed pool and water park time together. It was a blast watching so many four- and two-leggeds playing! The park has three pools: one large for laps and two smaller wading pools of different depths. It also has an adjacent water park with fountains and sprayers ( the dogs especially loved this feature). The facility was clean and well maintained. Lifeguards were friendly and vigilant.
