Hour Place — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I've been a customer at Hour Place for more than 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Christina and Steven know how to do it and they do it well! The food is outstanding and the customer service is phenomenal.

As a matter of fact, the day before Thanksgiving, I witnessed a customer picking up her Take & Bake order only to realize that she had mistakenly ordered plain dressing instead of chicken & dressing. Christina swooped in, without hesitation, and saved Thanksgiving for this customer! She took that dressing back to the kitchen, worked her magic, and returned it to the waiting customer WITH chicken! These were pre-ordered, prepared and packaged meals - which we all know takes TIME to prepare - but Hour Place will make certain every customer leaves satisfied, with a full belly and a smile on their face.

My experience on today was not what I had expected. After hearing great things about this place, I decided to order my lunch from here today. Well upon arriving, it was busy. I had called in my order so I went to the designated area to pick it up. Well I was standing there waiting to be waited on. The cashier, kept ringing up the people that was coming down the line. When I finally spoke up, he was rude and told me to wait right there. Well another lady walks up, she was rude also. I was about to purchase a drink to go with my sandwich, but I decided not to after how rudely I was served. I will never eat here again. You only have one time to be rude to me. Thumbs...

This is the 2nd time I have visited this place. The first time was for breakfast about a month ago in which I was charged over $10 for a biscuit and gravy!!! Who do these people think they are? Today I came back in for lunch and ordered their hotdogs and fries special. By the time I paid for a drink it ended over $15 for 2 hotdogs and 1 order of fries and then they asked for a tip on the screen! By the time I gave a tip, it was almost $20! After all that they lost my order and everybody that was behind me in line had already eaten and left! I ended up getting a free brownie for all this!🙄😡 I Don't recommend this place...
