Understand this is a level one trauma center but the lack of actual human care is crazy expect to sit in waiting room downtown for 8-12 hours if dialysis patient their dialysis nurses don’t care . The lack of knowledge or empathy and bedside manner is crazy had a mf literally almost drain me of all my blood did and ej which is an ev in the neck knowing I was on blood thinner it hurt so bad and he sis both side I bleed for almost 2 hours got so weak couldn’t hold pressure. Then if you get a lady dr they have zero compassion like they are competing with mail counter parts told her I was super nauseated and was projectile vomiting to the point they put a tube to suction my tummy and green sludge came out and my mf said I was making myself sick and it was mental. I started going to East and the misdiagnosed me my husband and my son everything they are fast but my insurance recommended I stop going because I kept having reoccurring visits for the same thing. It’s a training hospital don’t go unless you are legit dying. Even the endocrinologist Dr jahawar horrible read her reviews getting an appointment with her to go over my test results or even have someone from her office or erlanger to respond is the hardest thing I’ve done then I asked them if I could switch to a different provider with in their office they have been ignoring me so I’m feathering all MyChart information and filing a lawsuit they already gave my friend morphine even though she said she was allergic and she had a stroke coming her you’re...

If i could give these people a zero thats what they would get. Went there in extreme pain trying to get help for my elbow that i couldn't move .i couldnt get in to see my reg. Doctor so tgey were all promising on the phone. I get there the doctor just looks at my elbow and says basically tough luck and it lookedbad that i was searchibg for a doctor???.. Should of known better than to go after reading negative reviews. I will never go there again. They aren't even real doctors... I went to Erlanger for spotting while pregnant because my obgyn is based out of there. They did an internal ultrasound and stuck the camera way too far. Told me it was nothing but a waiting game. Spent two hours there getting blood work and ultrasounds and all they told me is it was a waiting game and I miscarried while we were leaving. Went back and they said it wasn’t their problem and they wouldn’t see me again. Went to the obgyn the next day and they said it was because they stuck the ultrasound wand too far in....
