Absolutely wonderful customer service! Every visit to this store, which has been at least 7 visits since moving back to MA in Nov, instantly becomes a pleasurable experience instead of a chore to complete. The reason I now look forward to the trip is because of Jen, who greets me by name every visit and goes above and beyond in any way, like feeding all 12 of my crinkled pages one by one thru the fax and timing each feed to the second so it wouldnt pull the next out of order, and making sure there was a cover page and also writing my ref# on it because I didn’t notice my doc required both, or when I mentioned in small talk that I had 3 different docs for 3 companies so she came over and offered to begin scanning the first completed doc while I filled out the next and by the time I filled out the third, she was ready to send it (instead of what most would do to let me fill out all 3 then sending 1 by 1 at the end) seems simple but saved me a good 10 mins actually, or ensuring my scan that I uploaded to the store email acct was deleted to protect my information which I’ve seen other office stores public inboxes piled up with previous customer’s names, safe to assume at those other places that any public user could click any inbox line and see all the personal info of any previous customer, and always remembers to offer my AAA discount at checkout time. Those things might not seem like much, but when I went to FedEx Office 2 plazas down the same road before I realized there could be a noticeable difference, they only offered a self service scanner/sender which was not clear if the “send to” field was for one email address or multiple and didn’t offer more recipients until the final stage, I had 4 pages only 1 double sided, but had to scan all 4 as double sided and had to pay 0.50 for each blank back side without a delete option, and neither of the employees knew if it could send to multiple recipients or were able to delete the blanks or adjust the final price because the terminal was not equipped to their register, so I overpaid to send my doc to it’s recipient with unnecessary blanks because I didn’t have the time to clear and restart from scratch to put my own email in that first screen to then have to delete the blanks myself at home and then send to my recipient. So I guess the many other businesses in Drum Hill (WalMart across the road to begin) should take Jen’s friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills and incorporate them into their own routines. I appreciate you, UPS Store Drum Hill...
Read moreI usually never leave bad reviews or any reviews at all unless I’m 110% satisfied or left downright angry. There was a woman with red short hair that provided one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. My friends and I walked in and saw that both employees were busy and we needed to print something, thus we moved over to the machine to see if we can make it work as there were no signs indicating that customers cannot use it, to which the red haired lady yelled, as she was with her other customers (which by the way she was also treating quite disrespectfully as if they were dumb kindergarteners), “that’s for employees only.” If she had said it nicely, I would have understood, but she absolutely yelled it out as if we were caught shoplifting or something. I was absolutely embarrassed. And it didn’t stop there. She spoke to my friend and I in such a condescending manner, laughing with her coworker, and took us to the cash register, then charged me $3 just to print one sheet of paper, without indicating there was such a high crazy price to begin with. I am a nice person and my friend and I were extremely friendly with her even with her first comment regarding the printer. However, she continued to act in a rude manner, as if her behavior was so cool. She was nothing but a high school bully in my experience. So no, I will never be going back to this location even if it means I’ll have to drive an extra 10 minutes. I am also reading through all the rest of the reviews, all of which complaining about a woman. I cannot believe she is still retained as an employee if this is the case! The last time I was at this location, I was met with an extremely nice man who even made nice small talk! UPS, please for your own...
Read moreThe woman “Vanessa” who works there is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I walked in at 8:30 on a Monday with two items to return to Amazon from my baby shower. Only one item was in the original box, the other was only in the plastic zipper bag it came in (as they were given to me as gifts) I had both Amazon return QR codes and I specifically selected “no box, no label”. Vanessa gave me the worst attitude and spoke to me like I was a complete idiot arguing with me that I didn’t receive one of the items the way I had.. she pointed to my phone and told me it needed to be in the original packaging like it says in front of me, then told me to go home and find a box.. I stood there completely dumbfounded and asked why I couldn’t just buy a box, and another employee then told her she should have started with offering to sell a box, she immediately snapped at the other employee saying “last I remember I’m your boss!” as soon as I called her out about an attitude she changed tunes real fast. I won’t go back to that UPS again, and from the rest of these reviews, sounds like she’s pissed quite a few people off.. She shouldn’t be working in custom service. Horrible...
