Do NOT order catering from Chipotle. This was our second time ordering for a graduation party. We had a couple of glitches the first time we catered but my daughter requested it for her party so I placed the order online. The day before the party I tried to call the restaurant to speak to the manager to make sure what happened the first time was not repeated (brown lettuce). To my surprise, the local number went to a call center where no one could help me or connect me to the store. So I went in person to the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Jason, who assured me he would oversee the order and all would be good. The next day was the party and my husband picked up the food about an hour before guests arrived. He brought it home and we did an inventory to find out our chicken was missing and we had been given very little protein for 30 people. Because you cannot call the store and speak to anyone live, he had to return to the restaurant where the manager “found“ the chicken sitting in the heater and once again assured him that there would be plenty of protein for 30 people because it is based on weight. Having hosted numerous events, I knew this wasn’t going to be true (picture attached). My husband returned home where we had unpacked everything but the bagged items, which we believed were tortilla chips, hard taco shells, and soft tortillas. Our guests arrive and our party starts. About an hour and a half into the party I decide to put out food. So we start reheating items and taking items out of the refrigerator. You can imagine our surprise when we see that they have given us 15 hard taco shells (and a couple had to be thrown away because they were broke ) for 30 people which assumes half the guests have one taco! And 0 tortillas. Needless to say, I was beyond irritated and also quite embarrassed. My husband left the party because again you cannot call the store directly and went up to the restaurant where he was given some tortillas, but told they had no more taco shells. Seriously Chipotle?! I placed a call to customer service, which of course was after hours and have yet to hear back. The moral of the story is, I will NEVER order from them again. For the price I paid, all I got was a lot of lettuce, beans and rice which costs next to nothing. ALL the proteins were completely eaten and we had fewer than expected guests eat. Please don’t make the same mistake if you want to have a stress-free event.
UPDATE: please note the auto response from the restaurant asking me to reach out via their website. Absolutely no accountability. I called and left my name and phone number but they won’t return calls - only a...
Read moreIf I seriously could give this place -1000 stars I would. I haven’t been at this location in a few years and was really craving one of their quesadillas. When we got inside lost of trash(chips napkins, plastic utensils) on the tables/ floors when we got up to the ordering station we were completely ignored while the staff continued to have a conversation and they did for the next 5 minutes after I said excuse me multiple time one we started ordering the women taking our order was so rude was just throwing stuff around for the bowl and quesadillas you could tell she was just not in a very good mood which is completely understandable but as a sever my self you are in the food industry fake it till you make it or ask someone else to take care of us. When I went to order my quesadilla she told me I could only have a kids size and that they can’t do adults which is weird because after we checked the app and it was available to order but ok none the less I said ok and got 2 kids quesadilla we the come to the register with someone different I paided in cash with a twenty dollar bill and a ten we were suppose to get back $4.11 she then asked us if we had a dollar and I had stated that was the last of my cash she then told me she had no change and then just continued to look at us which I see if my boyfriend had a dollar on him he didn’t we the ask if we can pay card and she told us she already put we’re paying my cash so some kid lady behind us gave us a dollar in quarters because I had absolutely no other cash or change on us and they refused to let us pay with a card. Do better chipotle for a restaurant not to have any other change in the building is just absolutely mind blowing to me never again will I eat here as the food also gave us food poisoning. Do...
Read moreabsolutely horrible. This location is the closest to me so it is the store i usually go to. i don’t go often but every time i visit the whole experience is downright awful. The food is decent I will admit, but the service is terrible. If i could estimate about 15% of the time you will get correct portion sizes. There is only one person who seems to be the manager who can actually serve, listen, and even wrap correctly. This time especially was especially horrible. I went in with a friend and ordered two burritos. Barely any rice was served and i didn’t order much of anything else hence the result would be a small burrito. Still my burrito was wrapped horribly with everything falling out. Then when checking out and redeeming a free side of guacamole the cashier said “with that any size is redeemable.” With that i got a large. He then proceeded to try to charge me for the large and said the reward went through. When asking more he then said that we couldn’t get the large. That’s okay no problem but why would you say we could get any size then say we couldn’t. He then got very hostile and rude. Upon paying we asked it to be for dine in. He didn’t give us a tray or anything just pushed all of the items towards us. When we asked if we could have a tray he got very rude saying “oh i know what you want” then proceeded to aggressively throw the burritos into a tray and slammed the guac on the counter. I understand working in customer service is stressful but this was highly unprofessional. This restaurant continuously has workers like this and this is not the first time. Do better chipotle either training or picking...
