I have ordered foods at this place in the last two years, but I have also returned back the foods to them at least twice due to they did not prepared the foods properly. About three months ago, I ordered the medium beef special noodle soup late at night. Then when I eat it, it tasted so greasy and oily, so I decided to return it back to them because this time their special beef noodle soup didn't taste right. I have eaten special noodle soup for over 30 years while living in the United States and I believe that the noodle soup should not taste like straight up like oil and greasy, which is very unhealthy. The other time when I returned the food was about seven months ago because one of their employees put the receipt right on top of the take out order of the special beef noodle soup's container, and the receipt and ink melted into the soup because there was a hole on top of the container. The soup water leak a little bit when they put the container in the bag while carrying it around since there is a hole on top of it. On August 29, 2016 at about 7:30 p.m., I decided to place an order for the large beef noodle soup. Then after a few minutes, a manager from Pho Da Lat of Drum Hill in Chelmsford Plaza called me back and said that I can no longer order food from them because I returned their foods back to them. I think that it's very rude and disrespectful to customers. I believe that they should be happy that I share with them about concern, so that they can find a way to make it better for all customers. I also believe that in order for a business to be successful, they have to be able to accept the customers concerns, comments, and feedbacks. Places like Mc Donald, Burger King, and other restaurants are very happy that customers give them feedback. That is the reason why they are very successful. I believe that managements at Pho Da Lat restaurant are ignorant since they got mad at a customer for speaking the truth. By the way, most of time when I ordered foods from them, their meats did not taste really fresh, but I never did...
Read moreDont even bother looking at this place. Horrible service and less than child size portions. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times and got no answer. decided to pop in with someone else during lunch break. biggest mistake I've made in recent memory. get there and notice its almost completely empty. the young man that sat us was polite and nice, no issues there. our server was a different story. we would try and order on 3 different occasions after he asked us if we were ready, when he finally felt like coming to the table, he would not stay for more than 5 seconds before walking away mid way through us ordering. happened 3 different times. this caused him to miss part of our order. Prompting one of us to decide to not even order a drink and the one drink we did get, tasted like it had 2% or less worth of alcohol and it was mostly ice.. after 40 minutes of waiting for our order, watching other people be seated and being provided much better service than we were, we opted to ask them to make our food to go. and after waiting an additional 15-20 minutes, we found out that our crab rangoons were never even put in the order because he never bothered to write it down or listen. leave the restaurant hoping that the food at least is good only to open and find what is basically a child sized container, which was only 2 thirds of the way full. by far the worst experience ive had eating out in...
Read moreI come here a lot with my family, the food is good but they seriously need to have the waiter and waitress write down the orders because they constantly get our orders wrong. So and yesterday was a huge disappointment my 3 year old daughter loves the lo mein here but she is allergic to bean sprouts, I ask the waiter for lo mein no bean spouts please and repeated myself because she was hungry and I didn’t want them to get it wrong. It comes out and there it was a plate full of bean sprouts in the lo mein. I politely asked for a new one, waiter brings back the same plate with less bean sprouts, so what they did was picked it out and gave it back. Again I told the waiter I wouldn’t even bother asking for another because I was over it but my daughter really wanted her so I asked for another they said ok sorry. So what I did was I grabbed a bell Pepper from the plate and took a bite out of it and wanted to see if they would actually make a new one after the third time. Comes back third time and they took all the bean sprouts out and GAVE BACK THE SAME PLATE WITH MY BITTEN BELL PEPPER. After this I’m totally done they don’t take allergies serious and they can’t get orders right and it was extremely disgusting and disrespectful to bring back the same plate three times. Owners need to...
