I've seen the ups and downs with this particular Starbucks. It seemed like overall service was improving until my last two times I came in. Customer service 101, acknowledge your customers when they walk up to the service counter. Don't just keep doing what you're doing for 5 or 10 minutes and fail to recognize you have someone at the counter waiting to place an order. Especially when the store clearly isn't busy, learn how to at least acknowledge your customers. If it's busy, just politely let the customer know that you will be with them in a minute. The Manager at this location has dug this place into a hole and is running it terribly now. I very rarely come to this location, and the primary reason is the lack of service. I tend to frequently return places where I receive good service, and unfortunately, this Starbucks location is one I most likely won't return.
If you want outstanding and excellent service I suggest the Westford location instead. Employee at that location seem to enjoy what they do and will greet you with a smile most of the time. The management at that location will typically address any issues...

The barista was super friendly. I have been waited on by some that have zero personality before at this location in the past, so this was refreshing. This trip I ordered a Venti Shaken Espresso and got a slice of banana bread. My drink was made exactly how I wanted. Which is nothing special. They just have to add whole milk and caramel drizzle. The banana bread was fresh. I was happy with my order. I was there approximately 11:45am, and it was dead. There were 3 customers in the store on laptops and then myself. In the am it's a mad house as well as the lunch rush....I've experienced both 😕 The trash needed to be emptied and the place needed a wipe down and to be swept. I only saw two baristas so that could be why it was a bit messy. Because of it's location parking can be difficult at times. One thing I don't care for and it's just me, they use paper straws. I've been going here for 13 years, and I will actually go to a Starbucks a little out of my way rather than this one which is right near my destination because it will be faster. The staff is always friendly. But they move with no sense of urgency when the line is long, and they are not well trained. Orders pile up behind the counter before someone comes over who thinks to start calling out names. This can happen even when you have already checked in and given your name. I usually order 20 minutes before I plan to arrive there, and then still plan on a 5 or 10 minute wait to get my order. I'm giving 2 stars because the staff is very nice, and the order is never wrong, but management needs to spend more time in the store watching...
