Stopped by Mary O'Malley Park at Admiral Hill for the first time in a few years with my kiddos and fiance. Forgot how beautiful it is here. The playground is amazing. They even gave these large chimes you can make music with which I have never seen at any other park. The views are nice and just the whole area is beautiful. It used to be a place you didnt want to walk around but it's gotten much safer. Regular daytime hours is fine to go but I dont recommend going at night, only because the area as beautiful as it is, is still not the best at times. There are still drug stuff going on and I wouldn't dare go alone as a female or let my kids walk too far ahead due to some of the sketchy people at times. Read moreI found this park whilst aimlessly driving around Chelsea... the gas prices were lower then, don't worry! 😂 This is honestly a hidden gem and I almost don't want to write a positive review with fears everyone will find it. The facilities are very well kept, the playground and park around it are always perfectly kept. My nephews love playing here and the toys are all safe and you can tell maintained with care. Be sure your dog is treated before going here. This place is over run with fleas. Someone should notify the city of Chelsea, the DCR or the Condo association and have this place treated.
