Came in to eat for mother’s day. Waited almost 2 hours for my food. The place wasn’t busy. I thought my food was going to be good because I was waiting for 2 hours. I came in with family too! WOW my steak was so salty, steak was so chewy I thought my jaw was going to break, my beans were absolutely dry plus a funky smell. My rice was stale, tasted cold and uncooked(it was hard?😟). I knew I wasn’t tripping when I seen two young men leave without barely eating their plate’s! They proceeded to try to charge us for an extra horchata? when we never asked for another. The waitress was already in bad spirits serving us it was like she didn’t want to be there. Not even a smile when coming in, just a death stare. sneezing and coughing everywhere! while serving PEOPLE FOOD. Right after barely eating my plate, my stomach started to ache. Not trying to exaggerate but this is the HARD TRUTH. I’ve never been to a bad Honduran restaurant Except for THIS ONE. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. If y’all want good Honduran food I recommend the Honduran restaurant next DOOR. Hope you guys can fix what you guys have going on! it’s sad for a Little restaurant to go down Bless You...

Read moreGreat place to enjoy an authentic Honduran food experience. The restaurant is located in an ethnic enclave with lots of interesting South American restaurants. Among those, this place seemed like one of the popular spot among the locals, so we took a visit for a weekend brunch. Ordered the regular baleada with avocado and carne asada with some horchata, and everything was basic, yet delicious. They were very reminiscent of the breakfasts that I had in Honduras couple of years ago, and everything tasted very authentic. I wasn’t expecting such a huge portion for the baleada given the price, but one was probably sufficient for a normal breakfast. The combination of sour cream, scrambled eggs, and refried beans inside was simple but very filling. Carne asada came with a grilled piece of flank steak which was a bit tough to bite through. However, the pickled veggies, beans, and rice on the side were nice. Great value meal overall, and I would probably return to get more of the baleadas whenever I’m...
