Jacquelyn and Monica have been Amazing to me! I always look at my environment Before Entering any space and was pleased to see it was managed safely within the CDC COVID 19 guidelines. I was NOT Ignored, but Warmly Greeted by Jacquelyn at the door. I was given clear directions where to stand in que. I was immediately asked the reason for my visit. I APPRECIATED that because I may have had a quick yes or no and thank you and goodbye question. I was told where I stood in the que (Not worried wondering). In turn, I was directed to Monica who nicely greeted me. Then she respectfully interviewed me, diagnosed my issue, and resolved the problem within 90 seconds! As a senior citizen, I'd like to speak for many... Living in a "What do you want?.. Hurry up, and Get out of here " world, I was pleasantly surprised by the work ethic of the staff and management at this Chelsea location. I left there with new knowledge of my device, solutions, and also my Dignity. I strongly suggest that all seniors nearby should not be intimidated to ask for help. I tell my wife and Son about everything and they both is a part of the system right now with their phones also do upgrading. Jeaqueline is very intelligent in her job in managerial position. When ever time i go to the office i always want to speak with her if it’s even to ask her a question a bought a lot of speakers and other things at the office and it was all through she explained everything to you and how to pay your bills on time why i own so many things from the company. Read moreI had a very poor experience here with poor customer service. They were unable to help me and treated me unkindly (I certainly hope it was not due to discrimination but cannot be certain). All of the T-Mobile stores that I and my family have gone to before never had the issue I had at this store, and the staff are typically friendly at T-Mobile.I left the store and immediately went to another T-Mobile store that was friendlier, more kind, and certainly more helpful. My issue was solved in under 10 minutes at the other TMobile while I spent a much longer time at this store, trying to get them to help me.
