Planet Fitness — Attraction in Cherry Hill Township

(Pour les français lisent ceci, faites attention à vous) I visite this gym in april 2024 for vacation of 15 days for Wrestlemania 40. If I still remember you that means a lot, so than I don't want people to get fooled like I did, I hate injustice. I informed a person who was registering for this room, and who assured me that I would only pay $10 offer at that time and $5 for cleaning costs (which I had been told) and before leaving, I was told that I had to pay $10 again to unsubscribe, I argued for a long time and it was impossible to have a commercial gesture, I was robbed and really not honest with me. I am open to knowing everything about the rules etc ... but if I am not warned then you really do not know how to treat people properly and do business with them especially when I am a French tourist who knows America to be good negotiators, so let me say that you do not represent America, if I come back I will not go to your place or else I will cut you short with your fake sales spiel and I will teach you to be frank, I did not mince my words when you scammed me, by writing here it is the same thing and if I come back I will put another one too. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience. Skinny white female with long straight hair during day shift. Instead of descalating the situation she was being so aggressive and kept telling me that it did not matter and that she didn’t care. The Manager from Kaighns Ave was the complete opposite. He knew about the situation and told me that I could actually continue to enter the facility as long as I took care of the outstanding fee by the end of the week. I came the next day and paid it off but the manager at the Barclay Farms Planet Fitness was horrible. She didn’t want to work with me at all, even after she knew that one of her associates had made a mistake. Horrible experience. I had paid a week prior the regular monthly fee but one of her associates forgot to add the annual fee and it was still outstanding. Can’t believe that’s how they treat/speak to customers. Don’t recommend this...

We joined in mid-July and visit Planet Fitness at least three times a week. My wife and I have been enjoying our experience and look forward to our workouts for the following reasons: This Planet Fitness has always been clean and well maintained. The wide variety of exercise equipment is new and “state of the art”. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The facility has never been crowded when we visit at 6:00 AM. The club members are chiefly older folks like us and the cost is affordable for retirees. As mentioned, we are enjoying our Planet Fitness membership and have recommended our club to friends and family that seek to improve their physical fitness in a positive environment.
