I ordered a fried chicken platter. I was told about an hour for delivery. I was fine with that. The (newly hired driver) called me and said he’s outside. I went outside n he wasn’t there. I called him, oh sorry I called the wrong customer. I went upstairs using the stairway since I don’t use elevators. I called the shop n I was told he will be there soon. My order was first place about 330p. The driver calls me again and said he’s at my address but says Virtua on the building 🤦‍♂️! Unbelievable! I called the store and cancelled my order. I’m a first time customer n now a last time customer. The driver sounded high or something. I demanded a full refund and I was told the order will be voided out. On my way home tonight I stopped by at 8:30 give or take 5 minutes. There was both a male and a female behind the counter standing there not doing anything. They told me they were already closed. When I pointed out the fact that the sign on the front door says they are open until 9:00 the male simply repeated "we're closed" (a second time). There was no I'm sorry we're closing early tonight. I'm sorry our oven broke. No apology. No explanation. It was clear the folks I dealt with were not owners and instead we're simply waiting to go home. However whoever does own this business should pay a little bit more attention to how the employees that they hire treat customers. Needless to say I won't be back. I always get a specific salad from here and saw they have a catering menu. I was having a party this weekend and decided I would order from their catering menu. Never had but since the salad I always get is fresh and delicious with good meats I thought why not! I was not disappointed! I got a hoagie tray, wings, pizza & baked Ziti. The prices are reasonable and everything was ready on time fresh & hot. Everyone loved the food! There was plenty.
