Collector's Arena — Attraction in Chesterfield Township

Fantastic experience with Collector’s Arena as the owners know how to treat their customers. My son and I took part in a break live on Facebook and we won 2 nice cards, both of which my son was very excited about. When the cards arrived my son noticed that one of the two wasn’t put into the case it came in properly, and it resulted in dents in the back of the card.

I reached out over Facebook and explained that it came in a mystery pack and I wasn’t blaming Collector’s Arena but wanted them to know so they could provide the feedback to the company they purchased the mystery pack from. It would have been very easy for the response to be “we are sorry that happened and will pass along the feedback.” I didn’t feel I was owed anything and I didn’t expect anything.

Instead they took ownership of it and volunteered to send something out to my son. After a nice back and forth with Lisa, they offered to send him 2 cards of NBA players. Lisa was awesome and was communicating with Craig throughout the process to coordinate the remedy that I wasn’t owed and never asked for.

I will absolutely be a customer again in the future. Not only is it a great and local small business the people are fantastic and I appreciate how well I was treated.

This review is for the "convention" they have here. It's a complete rip off they use pictures from other conventions. We advertise they're going to have comic books and other vendors when there was one guy with two short boxes that was it the rest of it was small vendors which I don't mind but definitely not worth $20 and then they have a big sign that says no refunds on admission mostly I'm sure people have asked. The shop is mostly sports cards and then some pokémon. I didn't want to blast them in a review but they should definitely reconsider their association with the con or if it's hosted by them tot hem need to...

Lovely store with great staff. They were very helpful in finding what I liked and not pushy at all. Excited to check out one of the cards shows in their show space.
