Huntington Bank — Attraction in Cheviot

I came through the drive thru to get a cashier check because they are who I bank through. Since the coronavirus I have always came through the drive thru because I am in contact on a daily basis with grandfather whom is 87 and I would prefer to not walk in if I Don’t have to. The lady working the drive thru told me I had to come in. I told her that I always do it this way. She came back and said she would do it this time but going forward I would have to come in. She then didn’t fill out the check right so I had to come in anyways and Maria was at the front desk and didn’t seem to care much about anything. If you want to open a bank account I highly recommend Huntington Bank. They keep the same hours that most banks do. The tellers are very friendly and the bank manager is too. They have great deals for people opening new accounts. Like if you deposit a certain amount of money, they will give you $200 free cash! I had a Great experience with friendly and EXCEPTIONAL hands on help at the front counter. Their was only one person available in those rooms, to assist with other needs and this person had an appointment. He was able to help me doing Several things at the counter and both he and the lady at the counter where able to still wait on other customers Shame on me for not getting the young gentlemans name.
