The Grand Finale Sports Bar Grill & Lounge — Restaurant in Cheviot

Never had issues here before. New male bartender asked for my id after I had been waiting forever I get thats your job but you've skipped over me and didn't ask anyone else there for a id. So yes I'm a little annoyed I go to get my id from a friend and come back he says I rolled my eyes at him and now hes completely ignoring me brushes me off and walks away. He doesn't give me anytime to get one word in and goes to serve someone else. He whispers something to the female bartender with dark hair and now she won't serve me neither. So now I get someone I came with to buy a drink which wasnt even for me ! And they wouldn't serve that person either and kept ignoring us. Male bartender and the friend who was trying to buy a drink get into a argument and we get kicked out. ALL THAT FOR A EYE ROLL??? Mind you i was not drinking. This drink was for A friend. Did not say one thing rude to this guy mostly because everytime i tried to speak he was yelling at me about rolling eyes. And anyone associated with us he wouldn't let get served. I left almost in tears because i didnt do ANYTHING to this guy. NEVER SEEN THIS LEVEL...

Came in with my wife. We sat at the first table in the room when you walk in. Not far from the bar. The menus are already at the tables. We sat there for 20 minutes looking over their menu options. Wanted to try some wings and fries. The place was not busy. Few locals sitting around the bar. Two bartenders chatting with them. It appeared that there aren't any wait staff there. There was no signage suggesting that we had to place our order at the bar. I made eye contact with the bartender twice who never explained IF that was the case or if someone would be with us. Every place is different. But since the staff never tried to help us and it was getting close to a half hour, so we left. Someone shouted "Thanks for coming" as we were leaving. So not great customer service, and not very friendly...

Awesome sports bar. It's always fun at Game Time. Great place to hang with friends, enjoy delicious food, and have some drinks. Good music and sometimes live music. Reasonable prices and great service. Plenty of TV's to watch whatever game interests you. They have some arcade games, a couple of pool tables, and a few dart games set up. They have a nice outdoor patio and sand volleyball set up out back. There's plenty of parking nearby and out front. The only negative thing I can say is that the bathrooms could use cleaning more. Sounds like any bar bathroom, though. Other than that, I love going here with friends on the weekends when we can all...
